I read that androgens reduce cortisol. I also have a bottle of 'Lean Dreams' which claims to reduce cortisol. I had to get some prednisone today, a few things were just not responding to rest etc and I suspect that I am not producing enough cortisol as they responded suddenly after taking my first 40mg. This is good news for getting off this nasty stuff very quickly.
But what might I have done that would drive my levels too low ?
- stimulants for too long ?
- androgents for too long ?
what else can do this to you or is this nonsense ?
