Andro/training advice.

Currently 190 lbs. 5”10. Will be running 8 weeks of 1 andro/4/epi at 330 mg.

Calories 3500 -3800 per day.

Im curious on what type of training would be more efficient for mass.

Push/pull/ legs

5x5

Standard hyp 8-10 reps with a designated body part each day.

Any advice is welcome and appreciated trying to put on his much mass as possible during cycle

The 8 to 10 reps designated bodypart would be the route I would take. The 5x5 i've done more for strength but the 8-10 reps each body part per day is what I do to build.
