Anything simple that I could just add for BP? I have coq10 and red yeast rice, I know those just help with cholesterol though... Which 1 messes with

Test levels were a little low, but other than that, in great health. You guys are a legit group. Now just waiting on the OP to get back with some more beast pics!!!! Arms look huge! For support, I wouldn't really use liver support (esp Tudca) for this because I think these compounds may actually work better without it.. you aren't running any real liver danger with these unless maybe you had some weird pre existing condition I wouldn't think. BP support though yes could be a good idea if it works for you. I haven't had any bp spikes with Andro but I did have some with Mandro, but my bp runs a tad high anyway.

I'm running three caps a day and right now just one bottle, but I may buty another and run 8 weeks which I think would be killer...

Are you taking all three caps at the same time during the day, or spacing them out? Also brah, if you were to stack the super mandro and the giant together what time of the day/how would you take all 6 capsules each day?
 
Okay, so I took the weekend off for some Fathers day ( I have 2 boys), bbqs and what not. Happy late fathers day to all you fathers out there btw. Even though I didn't eat (or drink) perfectly this weekend I'm still feeling progression and in shape as ever. I did Legs for Strength on Friday.
Squats 240 5x4 (wanted to try more but was a little tight in hamstrings)
Deadlifts 305 5x4
Leg Press 590 5x4
Romanian 225 5x5

Strength up on almost all lifts! I actually did this workout in the morning, fasted (not the best idea) but was still a good workout.

I take them spaced out at about 8, 1:30 and 5:30. If I were to stack I would just take them together out of convenience so I wouldn't have to remember to take something 6 times a day, I don't think there would really be any benefit to do different.

Dang my chest is sore today! good workout yesterday. Feeling good, I can feel my test being high.. ex:Yesterday I had had about enough of some **** from a co-worker and exploded a little on how I was tired of it haha, but I think it was for the better actually because I think it resolved the situation.

'm ready for Back and Biceps today, hoping to hit some PRS! I can visualize it now lol Will weigh in and BF% check as well. stay tuned!

I feel like this has helped me bun some body fat as well as build musle because my weight has not gone up by a lot but I checked my bf% thsi morning and am about .5% down.

I began with some BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) sets this morning. I used knee wraps around my upper thighs just tight enough to cut blood off at the veins but not in the muscle. Huge pump.

Leg Extensions Superset with Leg Curls 62.5lb 4x30

What are your guys thoughs on Andro 1 and 4 and prostate health? I read the bottles and it talks about prostate cancer risk. My grandfather has it but No one else in my family.... Is there a big risk? And is there a way to counter any risk on cycle and in pct????
 
Run all the proper on cycle support and have a good diet and you will be fine cycling it.

I think it's good to take all proper precautions and cycle support, but you don't need to worry about any major health risk. Also, keep in mind that these supps will definitely help you. I can attest that they do, but without a dialed in program at the gym and having your diet in check you will not get the results you're looking for, so it sounds like you have the cycle, support and pct all planned out, I would suggest stop worrying about that and now make sure your programming and your nutrition is in check so you get the most out of your cycle brotha!

Haha, thanks! I've been focusing a lot on legs and getting my squat up. Workout today was awesome, I am noticeably putting on some muscle. Arms are at a little over 16 inches flexed/cold which is good for me. Hoping to be at 16.5.

Thanks guys! Okay, I'm back. Had a great weekend. A friend asked me if I inject testosterone... which was flattering haha. I am feeling tired and sunburned so I'm hoping getting back in the gym today will put me back in "the zone". I have been having gnarly twitches in my right tricep for the past few days. It was waking me up last night. Do you guys ever get anything like this? I wonder if I may have impinged something trying out the BFR method on arm day. Hoping it goes away soon..

Had a great Push Strength workout this morning. It was almost scary how much stronger I felt today compared to the norm. If I had a spotter I know I could have done more.

Bench Press 255 4x3
Incline Bench 205 4x5
Overhead BB Press 155 4x3
Close Grip Bench 225 (this lift especially felt easy this morning)

I ate 2 bananas yesterday and my tricep twitching faded away. Muscles are fuller, abs are more exposed and feeling good.

Hey thanks! I've been staying at about 3- 3500 cals a day, I make sure to get between 30-45 grams of protein every meal, every 3 hours and the same amount of carbs although after a workout I do more like 75 grams of carbs. Fat I try to keep at about 0-15 grams per meal so it breaks down to about

Protein 225
Carbs 300
Fat 75

I try to make make majority of carbs high in fiber such as brown rice, black beans, whole grain options etc but get in higher starch and sugar carbs right after workout with whey shake. A big bottle of Gatorade (dextrose) with a protein shake works nice after a workout. This is what seems to work best for me to maintain /make lean gains. I also feel it out, if I feel like I need more or less of something I'll adjust. I definitely carb down sometimes, somedays I eat more fats etc.

I feel like while taking AtG I have definitely been able to cheat a little on some weekends which is bound to happen in Summer and still making awesome progress.

I combined some legs and back today. Will definitely be feeling it in my legs tomorrow. I noticed my calves seem to really be growing and getting more defined. I also did seated and calf raises on leg press.

Weighed in today at 186! Lean. I wish I could just take Andro all year round :/

I'll be on a family road trip/vacation over the next week to visit relatives so my log should get interesting as I workout in hotel gyms and gyms I'm not familiar with haha

I'm 6 foot. Happy 4 th everyone! Had an awesome arm day yesterday. Arms were super pumped. I've noticed some new veins in my biceps as well.

I would agree with highlander 31's comments. You can check out some AI's at strong supplement shop as well. Maybe throw in inhibit e by sns
