Andriol

it s an old medicine, and not the next generation. reception of test is not good, therefore it s not used anymore. gel has a better absortion rate.

im still not sold on the gels because of the loss of effeciecy, so ill just stick to shots. as far as next generation is their anything on the horizon??

Andriol is testosterone undecanoate pills (oral).

Nebido is testosterone undecanoate injection, and it should be approved shortly.

Is that what you mean?

Apparently in one of its last trials, Nebido demonstrated a rapid achievement of steady state testosterone levels, minimal excursions outside of the normal range, and an extremely high percentage of patients maintaining a normal testosterone range. It is extremely long-acting! Initial dose (IM injection) is followed by another dose 4 weeks later, and then injections every 10 WEEKS following that!!!! Can you imagine only having to inject every 10 weeks!?!?! How cool is that?!?!?! Hope it works as well as they're thinking it's going to!

SARMS seem to have promise. From what i gather they stimulate the HPTA axis similar to serms but are not toxic to the liver so can be taken long term.

My understanding is that many who try Nebido are not happy with it, at least on the scheduling recommended, which I understand is similar to dosing test cyp E2W.

That said, smaller, more frequent injections (but still, maybe once a month?) might hold more promise.
