Whoa there braseph just cuz hes 166 doesnt mean jack...im 22 and have been lifting since i started powerlifting in Highschool (5+yea50rs) and im only 5'10 150 as well...but that doesnt stop me from benchin 100 pounds over my body weight does it??? So quick to judge when you DONT even know the guy....lay off and just enjoy the log damn

first.... the log has been over for basically a month now...


Second... Powerlifting is much like wrestling, it behooves you to weigh lighter while being strong... This kid was going for hypertrophy obviously at which point neither of you are even close to your genetic potential for muscle mass and could do with just a balanced increase in cals to facilitate some new muscle growth... steroids are not needed and likely will be wasted cause that foundation of a good diet is not in place to maintain those gains...
