Anavar + Test E Cycle Advice

Proposed Cycle :
Weeks 1-12 Test E 250mg 1x every 6th day
Weeks 3-14 70mg Anavar

PCT :
Weeks 15-18 Nolva

I'm not a big fan of test because i'm prone to backne. I really like running Anavar alone but i'm running the low dose of test this time just to keep from getting shut down because of how long i want to run the var, NOT for putting on size. I'm hoping to gain 5-10 lbs of lean muscle. Is this too long to be on var? Would i be alright to run the anavar by itself for 12 weeks at the 70mg without being shut down? Not looking to get flamed just looking for some knowledgeable advice.

First advice is that you need to remove the lab names from your post. They don't allow you to post them here. Second would be to maybe split your var. Why do you want to run it for so long? After about 6 weeks you will peak and anything after that will do nothing for you. Better to maybe split it, try week 1-4 70mg then do it again 9-14.

Your test is also a bit weak you should maybe look to pin that 250 twice a week and its not going to stop you shutting down. Most likely do the opposite.
 
I'm a model so i'm not looking to swell up, i just want to have small steady growth while cutting fat. I'm trying to run the test the way someone would run if they were on trt, just enough to keep me from getting shut down while utilizing the var to keep me lean and hard. Do you think it would be better to pin 125mg 2x a week and break it up? Isn't the half-life long enough for me to only pin once a week to keep my blood levels normal? Would i experience less sides if i just ran the 70mg var for 12 weeks alone or is it safer to add the test? I've run plenty of var-only and winny-only cycles but the longest they've lasted was 8 weeks max, i'm just adding the test to keep me from getting shut down beacuse i really wanna run this var for 12 weeks if that's possible.

I get that people are going to say that i'm too young but i'm juicing regardless. I'm just looking for some knowledgeable advice that is going to inform me on the safest way to run this and the best way to hold on to my gains while incurring the least amount of side effects . Thanks again guys!
 
Your not going to swell up on the gear you have. Its your diet that will make you swell up if anything. Keep your diet in check, dont go over maintenance. Var for 12 weeks is a waste of money. Your using the var to harden your muscles and make you more defined. Its not for bulking. Its better to run it at the end of the cycle. Maybe from week 8-13. You could probably throw a couple weeks in at the start of the cycle if you already bought the gear to help boost a bit of strength while you wait for the test to kick in. If you haven't already bought it then I wouldn't.

Running the Test is not going to prevent you from shutting down. You cannot prevent the the suppression of your natural testosterone. You can attempt to suppress the sides you get like water retention, bloat ect by running an AI alongside your cycle, or you could do what some people do and wait for the sides to come then run the AI in an attempt to eliminate them. I prefer to prevent rather than cure so I would run an AI alongside your cycle.

A lot of people cycle test + var to cut. Its a good cutting cycle. You want to run enough Test to make it worth your while though. Pinning once a week is fine too, it has a long half life. Although you dont want to be trying to pin 500 a week in one go as it will hurt more. 2x 250 is fine. Your not going to turn into the incredible hulk on this cycle. Diet is the key to growing.

You want to keep your gains then run HCG alongside your cycle and keep your diet in check throughout the cycle, throughout the pct and forever. You will also need a good PCT. You will be shut down, what you need to do is bring your natural test levels back up in order for you to keep your gains off cycle. The quicker you can do this the more chance you have of keeping your gains. HCG will help with this as it keeps your balls alive during a cycle. PCT is there to bring your natural test back up after your cycle.

If you run

Test 250x2 week 1-12
var 70mg ed week 8-13
HCG 250iux2 week 1-13
AI week 1-13

PCT 15-19

Along with a proper diet and training then you will get what your looking for.
 
I guarantee you that a lot of the higher-paid models you see in ads for wealthy clothing companies have run multiple cycles, and all at higher test dosages than you have there. One cycle of test @ 500mg a week is not going to make you look too big for modeling, trust me on that one. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't think it's too crazy to say that with the proper diet and training for your goals, it's entirely possible to run cycle after cycle and just keep honing the "male model" look you want.


Oh, and you're a p*ssy for not wanting to be as big and strong as possible :D
 
Still looking for some good advice (preferably a mod). I'm starting my cycle Aug 1st!

Still really pushing for:

weeks 1-12 : 150mg test e 2x week
weeks 3-14 : 70mg var/ed
weeks 4-8 : 250ius HCG 2x week

Adex as needed

PCT : Nolva

You've changed some things for the better (higher var dosage and HCG on-cycle). However, you'll want to run HCG all the way until the end of the cycle. No good reason to stop it 4 weeks before the end.
 
Why not add something like masteron if muscle hardness is your main focus?Or primobolan?Or trenbolone?
Out of those the one that would fit you the most would be masteron IMO.
