Would it be safe for me to take Anavar once every week or two as a pre workout? The strength increase is phenomenal.

No sir...you don't want to do that.(IMO).

Var is one of my favorite compounds.
Use it on a run.
You'll ne impressed.

Does var kick in instantly like that? I genuinely don’t know the answer. I know dbol does and it’s been used as a preworkout by many people.

I'm done taking anything pre work hormonal wise.. ameen alah thinks that is a sure way to enlarge your heart. I agree.

I now take all oral preps away from my work out or Cardio

Food for thought.

Anavar can enlarge your heart? I thought only hgh or mk2866 or anything that increases IGF would enlarge your heart? No doubt anavar can have adverse effects on the heart, but enlarging?

Lots of things can enlarge your heart.

We can damage the right atrium through steroid use. Probably because of high blood pressure. Possibly through increase in red blood cells.

Left ventrical enlargement has been found in many weightlifters who did or did not use steroids. Its hard to pin down anything definitive. Science continues to seek answers to these questions.

I think you’re referring to MK677, the GH booster. I’m sure you know what you meant, but just want to clarify.

I guess in theory, anything anabolic could enlarge your heart though. It does have muscle.

The heart is its own type of muscle fiber. The three types are cardiac, smooth, and skeletal. Cardiomyopathy is seen more in people taking high dose hgh. Hgh can cause many problems such as carpel tunnel, acromegally, heart failure, and intestinal enlargement just to name a few of the worst aid effects.

My great grandfather worked hard labor his entire life. He was the old school macho type who always had to be the heaviest lifting, hardest working, toughest guy around. He eventually died from an enlarged heart in his 50s. Maybe it was just genetics but some of my family speculate that his heart was enlarged because he had a heavy workload from childhood until he died. And then you hear stories about natty weightlifters dying from an enlarged heart. I don’t know if the science is conclusive but it does seem possible that lifting heavy for years on end could damage your heart.

Ive wondered this myself. We could all start asking for echocardiograms with our physicals. For those who dont know, the echo is basically an ultrasound for the heart. It looks at the physical structure and fives us a picture of damage to the heart and heart valves, size of the heart, and ejection fraction. Ejection fraction in a healthy person should be 55-70 percent.

Its certainly something to consider.

Pretty sure that’s at ridiculous dosage and extended time frames.

I didnt say it wasnt. Theres a difference between use and abuse. Its important to always be aware of any potential side effects for anything we take along with interactions with other drugs. The biggest concern stems from not knowing how sensitive we may be to a drug. Followed by any unknown health conditions.

I agree. But you know somebody would read that and start a thread “hgh=certain death”

People are overly dramatic. Many have very low I.Q.s i cant prevent people from making assumptions or having fits of anxiety. In medicine the nurses ask the patients. Do you understand the diagnosis, the medications, and the procedure? Did the doctor explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives to you in a way that you understand? If not, the doctor must return and clarify any misunderstandings before anything can continue.

There are reasons why we do specific things in medicine and law. There is also a lot of government oversight and internal regulation such as the Joint Commission and Medical Quality Assurance. Lawyers may or may not have to appear before the bar association to defebd themselves from any number of issues but usually its for lack of fiduciary duty.

We want people to live happy healthy lives. We dont go out of our way to promote scaremongering. If something has been misunderstood then it needs clarification.

I really don’t care about any of that, I just try to prevent another “is Anavar ok to take once a week” thread from happening. With so much information readily available I have a hard time understanding why these threads exist.

That's the problem with ppl today. Somebody reads something or told something and with no research of there own and a lack of common sense start regurgitate stuff they know nothing about.

Technology has made life so easy for us but we are too lazy to say “hey Siri(insert question)”

This is sound advice in general really.
Short of invasive procedures this will show plaque build up also.
Something probably a little more important in the short term.

I would argue that it's safer than using a DMAA huperzine hisperidine yohimbine caffeine anhydrous preworkout formula. Whether effective... That's up for debate.

Let me offer some advice a personal trainer friend of mine once said: you can take up to 40mg anavar or just about any SARM 5 days a week for years on end, no problem.

So take that into consideration. The stuff was designed to be safe even for children with wasting disease.

Lol. This all day

While I do understand how and why oxandrolone was made, I don't find your friends advice on sarms and var to be all that sage.. s23 for example would cause you to sh17 out your liver if you took it too long...there are likely hundreds of sarms
We Don't even know about as the general public

S23 is a bit strange I agree.. It seems like they messed up a little here.

And adding to what you said. Anavar has been given to children, anadrol has been given up to 150mg a day for months. This is medicine to people that needs it and it doesn't mean it doesn't do damage. Anavar is not safe to use for years and it affects cholesterol. Chemotherapy is given to people with cancer but it takes a huge toll on the body. Basically just because one won't die it doesn't mean it won't harm you.

I’m on s23. Liver is doing fine, lots of poo, no liver yet.

I suppose I could have clarified that he really did mean more like two or three of the five widely available SARMS.

You definitely CAN run var for a long long long time, he was right about that. Yeah it trashes your lipids, you're going to mitigate that in the first place though.

Liver damage from methyls is caused by time under stress, it is not automatic such as is the case with alcoholic damage.

Therefore by removing this stress for two whole days each week we essentially reset the damage clock every week, but this is only applicable to mild compounds such as anavar. Harsher compounds will continue to cause stress over a two day break.
