Anavar for women

Hi,

I am looking for advice on Anavar. I have been researching and thought it would be best to ask on here.

I am a 27 yr old female, 5'10 and 22% bf. I have been smaller but have been injured and feel like I have lost everything I worked so hard for.

Need advice on cycles as this would be my 1st one. What dose should I be at? What are the side effects? Does var really help with cutting?

Anywhere between 2-10mg a day is what I've read. Look up side affects of female steroid use. Although they might not happen to you! To each there own. Some females get them some don't.
 
lots of females do the 10-15 range for var. i wouldnt suggest going that high nless youve done it before though
