Anavar for end of cycle?

Hey bro's I'm currently coming to the last 6 weeks of my cycle Wich looks as so
Test c - 600mg ( 1-20 )
EQ -800mg ( 5-19 )
Winny depot 100mg ( 12-20 )
Now I would like to add Var 50mg ed to the last 6 weeks or so to finish it off up until my PCT, but my concern is thinking that both the Winn and Var together might be to harsh for lipids and liver, maybe drop the Winny and up the Var to 80-100? Or just run both?
My stats are-

23% was my last measurement as of 5/12 just before the begining of my cycle, 16% is my new current as of last Monday.
