Anavar-Fake Or Real Today?

I saw a Youtube video from an old school body builder who said the Anavar thats on the market now is fake or not Anavar.
Any thoughts, comments?

It's often faked. The only way to know is to do a melting point test, or lab test it.

What is a melting point test? Anavar melts at a certain degree?

I googled it and there is actually a test you can buy to test it.
