Hey bro. Var was my first cycle. Good gains but the muscle pumps where terrible. Did another Var cycle last winter but stacked it with sub-lingual test prop. If I had the choice I would stack it with test eth but had a security issue and could not inject.

If you have to stick to orals you can still tack with test in the sun-lingual form. I had no problems. Good luck man.

I've heard of people running it for 12 weeks no problem . Just keep some hcg on hand .
Although you would get much better results if ran with some kind of test .

I ran it for six weeks stand alone at 40mg ed and had good results .
