ive read from some of the boards that creatine has a synergistic effect with Var. I am planning to start a cycle of var at 80 mg/day would adding CEE into my cycle be beneficial to me and is it likely that i would see added improvement in strength by doing this?
 
I also wonder myself. I wonder what happens if you're a CEE non-responder. No one wants the mono-bloat.
 
I'm sure it would provide a synergistic effect. Dr.D advises to take creatine when taking methyls/orals...... i forget why but common sense would indicate the two would be synergistic. Anyways if you could log it for us that would be awesome:D
 
i"m mainly going to be doing this for a body recomp. im about 11-12% and i want to see if this can take me down to 8-9% in 6 weeks. i will be running var 40mg ed split into 2 doses a day so 20mg and 20mg along with some creatine and 50mg of proviron to keep my libido. i'm not looking to gain much muscle if i gain 3lbs and my body fat drops 3% then this would def be an amazing compound. now will the creatine cause any bloat? if it does then i will not use it i want to see how lean and hard my muscles could get with a dose no more then 50mg i'm really hoping 40mg will give some descent results.
 
hmmm i'll see if i can find some logs on people tat ran this. i found a lot of info on anavar but i haven't seen any logs that people kept.
 
i'm currently on my 6th week of this cycle. I've seen a little bit of strength increase but not much. I thought your strenght was supposed to be crazy on this? I do notice insane pumps in the gym and the muscle hardness is very nice. I am on the anabolic diet and have definitely noticed some fat loss while on this cycle but that could be due to the cardio and the diet. what results has anyone had while on anavar and cee?
 
i dont know what it is, but something about the anavar soaks the CEE in. i have new respect for CEE after using it with var.

i would highly recommend using CEE while on var to get the most out of your anavar.
