Anavar and wisdom teeth

Been running var for 43 days, and I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed in 3 days.. Being put under for my surgery, should I have any concerns going into the surgery? Should I tell the surgeon?
I have read about var having a small effect on coagulation..

I personally wouldn't say anything, but my understanding is by law they can't disclose it to anyone else.

Stop your cycle before surgery. At least 2 days.
