Hiya,

last year i did a 250 per week cypio cycle for 10 weeks and liked it. Some strength gain, no real fat loss. This year im thinking of starting a simple stack
by adding anavar and raising the cypio.
ive read its a fairly mild stack but has its risks of course.
Id really appreciate any advice on it
My current plan for the cycle this time around is

Week1: Cypio: 250 Var 20
Week2: Cypio: 250 Var 20
Week3: Cypio: 250 Var 30
Week4: Cypio: 500 Var 30
Week5: Cypio: 500 Var 40
Week6: Cypio: 500 Var 40
Week7: Cypio: 500 Var 40
Week8: Cypio: 500 Var 40
Week9: Cypio: 500
Week10: Cypio: 500
Week11: Cypio: 500
Week12: Cypio: 250
PCT
Week13: Off
Week14: Nolva 40
Week15: Nolva 40
Week16: Nolva 40
Week17: Nolva 20
Week18: Nolva 20
Week19: Nolva 20

So hows it look? Is this amount of nolva enough? Would it be better to take some clomid as well?
I have some arimistane on standby for any possible gyno… is it ok for a cycle like this?
Like i said, I really appreciate the advice from experienced folks. Jumping in is kinda scary, i wont lie…
Thanks again to everyone on this great forum. I feel ive learned alot but want to make sure i get it right.

There's never a need to taper down the test dose, especially for 1 week, its useless, and you need to wait at least 3 weeks between your last pin and pct. It takes roughly 35-50 days for test to clear out. So you could actually wait 4-5 weeks but seeing how your pct is stretched to 6 weeks anyway your gonna get some overlap. I would not start the cycle with anavar, I'd finish the cycle with anavar.

Test 375mg weeks 1-12
Anavar 30mg weeks 8-15
Pct weeks 16-20

Ok! So no taper into the test or the var either? Just straight up 375 test for the 12 weeks, and 30 var from week 8-15.
i like it, simple and straightforward.
Thanks for the advice!

Get a real AI. Exemestane or Anastrozole. Arimistane won't do ****, if you start having high estro issues.

I missed that part. Arimistane does literally nothing to lower my estrogen. I do see some ppl say it works for them but I've never met anyone in person who says it works for them and I've only seen 1 bloodwork ever that shows it lowering estrogen. I don't hate Arimistane in pct for cortisol tho. Seems to work better for that.

Op I'm a rep for MA, if you need a ai my screen name is 15% off code
