Training almost Two (2) years (This is my life. I live and breath training)
First day in the gym: 129lbs
Current Weight: 175lbs
Height: 5'10"
BF% 10.4
I'd like to run an easy Anavar cycle to test the waters/how my body reacts before I move on to a semi serious 500mg/week test cycle. With it I hope to gain a few lbs of muscle and drop 2% BF. Just curious if I have everything together here
Week 1-8: 60mg Anavar ED, milk thistle, Liver cleanse (liv.52), 6 fish oils, joint support
Week 9: 40mg nolva + Natty test booster (Gaspari or Driven Sports)
Week 10: 40mg nolva + Natty test booster (Gaspari or Driven Sports)
Week 11: 20mg nolva + Natty test booster (Gaspari or Driven Sports)
Week 12: 20mg nolva + Natty test booster (Gaspari or Driven Sports)
Do I have everything for a safe effective first cycle. Not hoping to accomplish any miracles here.
