Anarchy stack modifications (Sesamin and KRALA)

Ive seen posts saying to use Sesamin instead of CLA and KRALA instead of RALA/ALA in the original anarchy stack.

How would one stack the Sesamin compared to the CLA? Thanks.

Anyone tried both variants, how did they compare?
 
Haven't tried all that due to costs but sesathin alone helped me lean out.

I would do
3 sesamin/sesathin servings
2-3 grams of ALCAR
1200 mg. of Green Tea Extract
Biotin @ 1-2 mgs.
K-r-ala 3 servings

Cheers mate, I have purchased DS GXR for the KRALA as it also includes a small dose of Biotin.
Is there a preference to take the sesamin or take it at the same time as the ALCAR? Also any recommended dosage for best effects?

When it comes to the supplementation/absorbtion of "Alpha lipoic acid" in the body, R-dihydro-lipoic acid is the form wich is immediately availible to cells and is only functional as a liquid capsule due to the fact that it can not be oxidized.

Apologies for my ignorance but are you referring that using KRALA which is the stable form of RALA/ALA is better?

Already got the KRALA so will stack it this time.
