Any extra benefits?...or dose it seem like a waste of money and should it be saved for after the cycle? Any experiences?

Yea, your liver. I do use it during a cycle.
 
It helps me to eat **** load of food and don't gain too much fat. Last cycle I decided not to use it and got pretty fat.
 
It should be very good for you, minus the CLA, which I believe should be replaced with sesathin. I have made a massive body recomp while on the anarchy stack - CLA + sesathin +Lean Xtreme. For the ALA I use GXR from Designer Supps.
 
There is no CLA in my "Anarchy" stack. I get My ALCAR from Nutraplanet in bulk, get my LX, Sesathin, GXR from there too, its about 90-110 dollars for a month or probably about 40 days cause sometimes Ill forget to take a dose or two
 
So you replace CLA with sesathin? Have you also tried replacing it with GLA (borage oil)?
