Analog Supplements--->Liver problems???

okay, so I know that almost every ALRI product is created in analog form to survive the first pass of digestion(liver) Thyrogen-x, Venom, even AX stimulant X has methyl caffeine and analog b-vitamins. How toxic are these supplements to the liver? Anyone know how they compare to "17a" hormones?
