alright, sounds good. yeah, i am taking in about 40-50 grams protein 6 times a day, they are all similar in protein, i really only change my fats/carbs from meal to meal. i kinda figured empty stomach would be best...but if the half life is so short, wouldn't it possibly be better to take a single pill 6 times a day, like right before each meal? thanks for the help, really appreciate it
