What are your stats? 6/day is quite a bit. To answer your question, always take ecdy with a high protein meal and I would do 2 w/ breakfast, 2 post WO and the other spread out as evenly as possible.
 
i am about 6'3 and 255 or so right now, I am doing 6 because I believe I remember reading something when I bought them that said that would be recommended for my size

that's where i got 6 a day from, is it possible I could get away with less? I bought a couple from the storefront special and am basically just experimenting, so I will certainly listen to any input

I am pretty much just trying to cut down some fat/recomp, using anagen, synthesize, bulk powerfull, supercissus, and bulk sesathin
 
Let's make it a simple three step process:

1-Take Anagen 3 times per day. It really doesn't matter how you space it, ecdy has a half life of like 20 minutes.

2-Take on an empty stomach about 10-15 minutes before a meal. Ecdy is poorly absorbed, and even more poorly absorbed when taken with food.

3-Well, why would you eat 'low protein' meals anyhow?

alright, sounds good. yeah, i am taking in about 40-50 grams protein 6 times a day, they are all similar in protein, i really only change my fats/carbs from meal to meal. i kinda figured empty stomach would be best...but if the half life is so short, wouldn't it possibly be better to take a single pill 6 times a day, like right before each meal? thanks for the help, really appreciate it

You could take it more frequently. I meant to say *Take at least 3 times per day. I usually take 4x when I run ecdy.
