If anyone else has taken this solo, I wanted to see if you experienced any sleeping issues like I have been. It's been about 8 days on this and every night I just cannot fall asleep and if I do I wake up every half hour to an hour. I'm hoping it stops but if not I don't think I'll be able to do the full bottle.
