Anafuse and DMZ together

Hello all. Im kinda newish to taking supplements to boost my workouts. But i think its time to move on and hop on the bandwagon. Natural just takes too much time and i see everyone around me having faster results. I hope someone can lead me in the right direction. First, can i take anafuse and dmz together? And second, i have a pct ready, should i take it throughout the cycle or at the end? ... or both? And do i take them together or separate?

oh and take it easy on me.

Definitely make sure you read up before you jump into prohormones. DMZ is pretty harsh as well for a first cycle. A more common first cycle would be a 1/4 andro stack. To answer your questions yes you can take anafuse with DMZ as it's a natural anabolic. It's more commonly used during pct to help hold onto your gains. And pct is taken after your cycle to help get you levels back to normal. For pct you will need a serm for sure if you're running DMZ. A serm would be nolva or clomid.

You can but why? Sace natty anabolics for pct where they can actually help.

"newish to taking supplements" should lead towards questions like what fish oil should I take, or protein to buy. You just skipping through the basics and just hoping on the DMZ train? lol

No offence, but it doesn't sound like a smart idea. That's something that has the potential to do much more harm than good.

And one of the worst things you can do in this sport, hobby, lifestyle, whatever you wanna call it, is compare yourself to other people when that may be out of reach for the time being.

I hope that I am wrong in saying this, but how I interpreted your post is you are talking big leagues and you've just started swinging at pitches.

Good luck OP and please use this forum to learn before you start putting chemicals in your body. So much good info on here!

oh sorry im 193 pounds. 6.1 i did one cycle before dmz when i didnt know anything about it and really ****ed myself up. Did more good than bad. Anyways i researched why i was feeling the way i was and well here i am haha. Trying to get the best help i can. I would like links please. Sometimes i dont understand what some terms are. Specially when referring a product. Send me a link to where i can buy it.

Edit: 23 years old.

Whats your diet and training? Even if you drink unicorn blood if your diet and training sucks, you'll just be killing a unicorn for no reason.

oh right im taking a mass gainer right now. so thats 1200 in just a shake. On top of a regular lunch, dinner. I work in a pizzeria so lots of pizza sadly as well.

Try eating 5-6 real meals a day along with training 5-6 times a week before you hop on gear. Also, don't stick to the same rep ranges, thats a mistake i made and i was plateaued for a fair amount of time.

^this!!! And Have a training PLAN . either make one. Or look one up .have Goals. Not just monthly goals. But goals each workout. Get a notebook for your workouts so you can beat your previous add a rep each workout. Keep it simple. Eat. Train. sleep Repeat. No need to beat a dead horse but people need to learn to eat and eat correctly.

Yeah honestly i feel i plateaued right now. I cant bench over 205 right now for the last 6 months. I do very similiar workouts each time i go there. For example. I have a good arm workout that i spend an hour doing that i do commonly and so on for almost every body part. I try to go heavy as much as i can. I usually start heavy and work my weight down sticking to 6-10 reps.

Can't out train a bad diet. Just saying.

But try repping out at 195. Do as many sets until you get 10-20 total reps and hit some heavy close grip bench. The main reason my bench is 315 is because I have very tight form and focus on explosiveness
