2nd cycle: milk thistle ed... I will be starting a 50mg ed anadrol week 1-4 and 500 test-e ew week 1-10 , pct is nolva and Clomid ..... besides the water retention from the drol... does anyone have any advice during and after cycle?
 
Run the for 12 weeks and run an ai.
 
Aromasin (exemastane) hasn't ever failed me. Best bet is to get it and keep it on hand. Use it if your nips start itching or start getting sore. Some people argue to take it throughout the cycle and some argue an "as needed" method. Both sides of the argument make good points. But they both agree that it does need to be ON HAND incase the need comes. It's like having a fire extinguisher in your house or a concealed handgun. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
