Anabolics as a starter

My friend gave the name s roid but I don't think it's for starters what can I use for a starter and for the post therapy

anabolics and "starters" probably aren't the wisest path.

if you don't know nutrition, training, and your own body first...start there
 
I do I have been training hard I just got back from Iraq I trained hard over there and my problem is I have been getting cut and maintaining the same weight of 150. I eat the right carbs I take protein creatine and nothing. I know anabolic is not wise but is there anything close that I can get at a *** or locally
 
How tall are you? I understand not being able to keep weight if you've been overseas serving, but if you're home and have the opportunity to eat train right, you are doing something wrong, either training or diet if you can't gain past 150 and aren't 5'2".
 
But you are smart not to run the superdrol, you definitely aren't ready for it.
 
Yeah I have been overseas but I have been taking a lot of protein and was eating 4 times a day I'm 5'8" and still between 150 to 155 and 24 yrs old

what about overall calories and macros?

you may get 300 grams of protein but still not enough cals to grow.

I'd look into a natural stack.

anabolic pump + DAA + anabeta would be awesome

When you say training hard what do you mean? I know people that swear they do killer leg sessions, only to find out their version is smith machine quarter squats with some leg extensions. I know the military demands you run and ruck all the time so its hard to eat enough, but if all your eating is jelly beans and protein shakes you wont grow. Take advantage of the chow hall and buy extra food. At 150 all you should be doing is eating, training, and maybe some creatine. The protein shakes and vitamins should always be present.
