Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issues, I’m liking the gains on this product (even considering using it year round) but I’m feeling really tired and drained since starting my run on this. Almost as though if my blood pressure is dropping?

It’s making me very sleepy, anyone got any ideas how to overcome this?

How are you taking it?
What else are you taking with it?
How long have you been using it?

Most people see an improved energy level with it - not a stimulant type energy, but just an improved daily energy levels and improved motivation.

Been following threads on this product closely and have not heard of these side effects from anyone.

Best thing is to remove what you think may be causing the issue and see if the symptoms go away.

i have run this so many times .. no such issue along with my family members have never reported it

have you measured your bp .. maybe 30mins after taking it .. and 4-5hrs after it

as for feeling tiredness .. its usually the other way around from what i remember.

not at all, I'm on it now and love it. are your workouts running on higher octane, maybe leaving you in a more severe state of recovery?

Running on slight higher can feel BP drop as I get blurry vision.

There's really nothing in Anabolic XT that should decrease blood pressure so that seems like a very individualized response if that is what's happening in your case, but I've never heard that before.

If I thought it did/could lower blood pressure, I would consider that an extra added benefit for a lot of people, but that's not common at all.

The dosage seems fine - the common dose is 3 caps twice per day, but 2 caps 3x per day is fine.

That should be a great stack and is a common stack.

My first thought with this is that it could be coincidence and if there could be other factors involved - but I know firsthand that different things do effect people differently. That's just one I've never heard and one that I can't even think of a logical reason for.

Especially compounded by you doing 2 caps 3x per day because there are some people that take all 6 caps at once before working out - and no one has reported this even at 6 caps at once, so it makes it even odder if its happening at 2 caps.

For me, my daily energy levels are much better on it and so is my motivation - and I take Blood Pressure Support XT daily and that's pretty potent.

Maybe it’s just me then lol and a coincidence, yesterday was better but I did take an iron supplement with my first dose in the morning…. could be my UC (had a bit of a flare up last week) which caused a bit of blood loss hence the tiredness??

Agreed :ROFLMAO: I would definitely be taking it year round for the bp benefits if that was the case ;)

you got nutrition and hydration dialed? I had two moments yesterday where I felt like I was going to pass out, but I was pushing myself well beyond the redline intentionally going as heavy and fast as I could with high volume. treating arms day like a xfit wod for 70 minutes.

Yeah Nutrition is good, better than it was 6 months ago and hydration is adequate, I try for around 2.5 to 3 litres of water spaced out per day.

Are any of you taking vitamin D? If so, how many iu?

I get 4,000 IU per day total between Cardiovascular Support XT and Multi XT.

I had originally been getting in 2,000 per day from Cardiovascular Support XT and then taking a 5,000 IU every other day before before we got in Multi XT, but when we got that in, I switched to that and dropped the every other day 5,000 IU.

I have struggled with low Vitamin D for years, so not everyone needs to dose that high. The amount in Multi XT (2,000 IU) is enough for most people.

I do enjoy Anabolic xt but using it on a cut it makes me too hungry. Any other suggestions? AE samething?

I remember you mentioning this before and I think that its a personal response type of thing bc it isn't common for it to increase appetite.

Like if someone wanted to intentionally increase appetite, I couldn't say that it did it for me, so I think that aspect varies from person to person. For example, I just started a super hard cut and plan to add it in week after next myself and appetite is a huge issue for me.

Anabolic Effect doesn't increase my appetite and it would be my pick right behind Anabolic XT.
Pepti-Bolic would be another good consideration.
Recomp20 also would be a good consideration.

If doing a cut and you want a singular ingredient supp. I would go with cel mpc 185 its what I used (but peptibolic is the better option, more benefits). I maintained all the way through (weights) and actually added some weight and reps even when I was cutting. Dropped 31+ lbs over 9 weeks with help of lean glp as well. It was a more subtle supplement but deeper into the cut definitely recognized and showed it was working.

Alpha one is also a great supplement be my year round supplement here on out. Maintain hardness, strength and good recomp effects when used in past. This to me the best substitute for anabolic xt.

Neither of these have had issues with hunger.

We just released it last week. I had started on it awhile ago because we had it in for awhile waiting to release it.

Thank you for the kind words and congratulations on the results. That's a great feeling when other people start to notice and compliment you.

That's awesome - that's a great compliment there, what your friend said!

I'd say it's time to bulk, eat, and pick up a few more bottles of Anabolic XT ;)
But as said above AE would be a good one to try if Anabolic XT makes you super hungry.

Good job dude. Keep smashing!

It could be an electrolyte issue too. If you're eating super clean and training hard you might need more electrolytes with your water. You could even test it by putting some himalayan pink salt or sea salt in your water and drinking that. If you feel better in an hour that's probably what it is.

If you live in a place with little sun, I would take 4K iu of vitamin d a day. Also I would but LMNT electrolytes and take 1 pack in the morning and one after your training sessions.

its true, people in our region always test low on D. when my wife had bloodwork done last time, it was the only thing she was low on, otherwise stellar blood panel.

I take 10k in the winter and 5-7.5k in the summer. Living in Canada
Same here, I occasionally take 10k, especially when I’m sick. I was taking 4K iu a day for a year and I got my levels up to 113ng/ml. For treating autoimmune diseases dosages range from 10k a day to 100k per week. Vitamin D is a very potent anti inflammatory and immune modulator. I would say if you have an inflammatory disease try to get upwards of 90 ng/ml in your bloodwork and maintain that.

I saw a study where they showed that people who had less than 30ng/ml of vitamin d in their blood had a 2x higher likelihood of dying from cancer or heart disease than people who had 60+ng/ml

I'm a few days into the start of another Anabolic XT run. Seriously, I love this stuff, it just makes me feel better, workouts are better, I tend to lean out and look bigger, performance is better, libido is better, just all around awesome stuff.

I’ve started 4k vitamin D, I live in the UK and we don’t get much sun here.

Can someone advise on what creatine to use to eliminate the creatine bloat please without losing the effectiveness?

HCL creatine gives me the poops real badddd

Creatine HCI and Magnesium Creatine Chelate are both great forms of creatine that most people don't experience the bloating or fluid retention that they do with monohydrate.

Magnesium Creatine Chelate - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/magnesium-creatine-chelate/
Creatine HCI - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/creatine-hcl-caps/

To address the part you said about Creatine HCI and making you go to the bathroom, we've sold Creatine HCI for years and I've never heard that. If its happening with ours, I would say that its a chance your electrolytes may be off and that may be causing it when taking it. If its a random generic HCI, my first thought would be that it may not be actual HCI - that's why we started using and promoting that we use the Con-Cret form - bc many generics aren't what they say they are.

Thanks Steve I’ll give your creatine a try

You're very welcome. Let me know if you see any difference with it versus other ones you've tried.

When we started using the branded Con-Cret version, some people asked if it was any different than our prior Creatine HCI and the answer is no, that 99%+ pure Creatine HCI is 99%+ pure Creatine HCI and we always tested the raws on ours anyway - but there is so much Creatine HCI that claims to be HCI that the percentages are off or are a mix, that we started using Con-Cret just so people would feel more confident in it. Plus, another plus was that we can be more detailed with our write up.

There has been some good feedback on here from people that haven't been able to use other types of creatine that were able to use ours. @Hyde is an example of someone that has explained quite a bit in the past how it didn't hurt his stomach or cause digestive issues that he got with monohydrate.

It’s safe to say the SNS creatine HCL doesn’t irritate my stomach one bit.

Thanks @sns8778!

What dose of HCL would be equivalent to 5g of monohydrate?
It says 1 cap per 100lbs on the label. I actually just bought this after having a year off creatine yesterday. I’m 180lbs so I’ll just take 2 caps

Yeah I read that on the label too but some websites say take the 750mg, some say 1500mg and some are saying take 3-5g the same as you would if you were taking monohydrate

probably one of the main benefits of creatine HCL in my opinion!

That's great to hear. I'm glad.

Most people use 1.5 to 3 grams per day.

I use 3 grams per day personally when training properly. I used to not take it if I was going through periods of not training, but have started taking 1.5 grams per day even if not training because of all of the studies showing cognitive health benefits.

Oh you're supposed to take 4 caps on training days? I thought it was 2

There's no right way or wrong way, it depends on the person.

But I wasn't talking about training days versus non-training days in my reply - you should take it every day, on training days and on non-training days.

The basic guideline is:
  • Normal Training: 1 capsule per 100 lbs. of body-weight
  • Intense Training: 1 to 2 capsules per 100 lbs. of body-weight
What I meant by my reply:
I use 3 grams per day personally when training properly. I used to not take it if I was going through periods of not training, but have started taking 1.5 grams per day even if not training because of all of the studies showing cognitive health benefits.

^^^ When I'm training, I normally train pretty intensely so I use 3 grams per day. However, if I go through a period where I'm not training at all (for say months at a time) I used to not take it, but now I take 1.5 grams per day because of the cognitive health aspects.

In my case, I have an autoimmune condition that start and stop training causes flareups - for me, I've learned over the years that I need to either train regularly or not at all. I would never tell a normal person to do that, I would say to do the best you can and train when you can. But with my condition, starting back causes a flareup so if I start, stop, start, stop, then I'm just torturing myself. And I used to do that and have had to get better about over the years knowing when just to say screw it and take a break. For example, the last 9 months of my life have been some of the worst of my life and I've had a lot of things pile on in that period of time and there's just no way I could train properly between the time requirements and depression. During a period of 9 months without training, I used to would have stopped taking creatine - but what I meant by my post is that now during periods of not training, I still take it because of all the cognitive heath research.

Thanks Steve, so I thought possibly take the same dosage I was taking monohydrate which was 5g-10g….?

I want to make sure I understand correctly - if you're saying that you thought about taking 5g to 10g of Creatine HCI per day, you don't need to do nearly that high. 3 grams per day I think is the highest anyone needs to go on HCI imo.

I'm really glad that you're liking it and finding yourself able to take it.

Yeah I was thinking of taking 5-10g of HCl because that’s what I was taking for monohydrate….
