I'm out of stock right now but I think its 6 caps a day right? I always took 3 in the morning and 6 at night or all 6 in the morning about 5am. I usually lift either at lunch around 11am, or at night around 4-5pm. I do not thinking taking preWO makes a difference. I think the key point of this product is consistent daily intake. its around 3 weeks that it kicks in hard.
This is a product that IMO should be run for AT LEAST 2-3 months consistently. it hits the hardest starting around week 3.
I never noticed any benefits preworkout vs splitting it up. I suppose some people could feel more aggression or energy from it, but for me it was a slow build up over time. I split 3 AM and 3 PM. I tried 3/3/3 but it wasn't a noticeable difference.
really @sns8778 would be the best advisor on that topic, but I find it hard to see how you'd get an accute 30 minute window of impact from something that we know takes 2-3 weeks to really build in your system. I still say consistency is the most important thing with this product. (or Anabolic Effect, Phosphatidic Acid XT, etc)
