anabolic worth the money for me?

Is anabolic pump a good suppliment for me. i have been taking it. but im not a dedicated body builder im a football player. i work out 3-4 times a week. i say im not dedicated what i mean is my diet is not dedicated. the meals i have been taking anabolic pump before are
Oatflake cereal
4 peice of bread sandwiches
Whatever for dinner, spag bowl, roast dinner vegies, steak and vegetables

I am serious about recomping my body and i havent eaten junk food for too long. all im asking is is it worth me spending the money on anabolic pump if im not eating the perfect meals for it eg, oats,brown rice and the likes


any suggestions from all people wood be appreciated

Well diet is the most important thing in achieving your goals, especially recomposition. You should make sure that you are getting primarily complex carbohydrates. However, Anabolic Pump is definitely useful in any goal pretty much and it is definitely going to help.

You say you are a FB player. I oversee the diet and supplementation of a few top D3 players (Mount, St. John Fisher, etc.). That being said, i have prescribed AP to a few of the guys because of their less than perfect eating habits. By taking AP and knowing they need to make better decisions when selecting meals, they do. In return they are taking in many more useable calories and are seeing great returns in the body composition department as well as over all strength and muscular contractions.

Personally i think you would benefit from AP in a similar way.

Just wanted to state my opinions, I play football as well in college, used AP during spring ball, summer workouts, doubles, and in season. Noticed best recomp effects during spring ball, but inseason really helped with my workouts, especially if after practice, and gave me more energy in general. I was using it pre/post workout with waxy maize pre and 1 cup oats with 2 scoops dextrose post workout. Overall I felt it helped me maintain and eventually gain during the season, hope this helps.
 
I say 'prescribed' as i was taught to, in some of my undergrad classes.

right well my meals arent going to change, thats something i cant afford to change as i live of campus food. i guess i just need to know if it is worth the 50 bucks wen my diet is not exactly suited for it with cups of oats and brown rice and other complex carbs

I don't have oatmeal for campus food either. I take Anabolic Pump before raisin bran and whole wheat bread sandwiches. It is definitely worth it as I am seeing some good recomposition effects, and I am getting good endurance and recovery.
 
ahh ok, ill continue to use it then, yeah i never have it with white bread sandwiches. normally wheat or wholemeal bread. and before pasta like spaghetti. and before potato meals.
all sound ok
