Anabolic Trinity Log

Day 21
Woke up this morning and had to rush my breakfast before leaving straight to the gym, the rush was basically to get to the gym early enough to work out before my first client since i wouldn't have a big enough break until much later. When i got there i felt incredibly bloated and lethargic, managed to get up to 150kg for a daily max anyway but by the time i'd finished two sets of bench i could feel it was going to be a terrible workout. After that i tried a bit of dumbbell press and it felt so bad i decided to call it quits and try again later in the day when i had the chance. Hit some cable flies quickly and called it quits. So the day looked like;

Workout A
Squat - 150kg x 1
Bench - 2 x 10-12
Incline db bench SS w/incline db fly - 3 x 10-12/x 8-10
Chest fly - 3 x 12-15

About 6 hours later;

Workout B
Incline db press SS w/incline db fly 3 x 10-12/x 10-12
Lateral raise - Totaled about 6 sets, doing them all throughout the workout. Anything between 8-15 reps
Peck deck - 2 x 10-12
Dips - 1 x 12 then 1 x 6/6/12 (using chains, had two on, dropped one at a time then finished with bodyweight)
Incline db skullkrusher SS w/bb french press - 2 x 15-20/x 8-12
Tricep pushdown - 2 x 20

Workout B felt 100x better, really smashed it and got a good pump on. Starting to see some gains which is nice, wouldn't really equate it to what i'm taking more so the fact that i've changed up my training/started focusing on hypertrophy and especially the fact that i've started eating in a surplus after dieting.

Had a few days break from my peptides. They're not able to go in the fridge for now so i've decided to double dose everything i've got left and try to use them 3-4x daily. Hopefully i can see some good gains from that.

Also, i've ordered some Mass GH, trying to decided weather to run it at 4/10mg (lgd-4033/mk-677) daily for the last two weeks of the AT cycle then finish on about another 4 weeks of 8/20mg afterwards for a total cycle length of closer to 10 weeks. Nothing set in stone so far but i feel like this might go pretty well. Opinions on this would be great.

Day 22
Had a 6 hour day of laboring this morning and thought it'd fatigue me for my workout, was not the case at all! Had a good brekky and another massive feed before heading to the gym (work) and hit the best squat i've hit in training, also to match my all time best. 165kg relatively easily, probably had 167.5kg if not 170kg in the tank if i took bigger jumps and got really pumped for it.

Part of the daily training max is to use no adrenaline, no music and no psych up to minimize outside fatigue other than the daily squat. I felt so good today i chucked on some music, blasted it, got relatively psyched and smashed the 165 squat to match my all time best. That was also after 150/157.5/162.5 then 165 just looking for that RPE 9.5 trying not to go too hard.

Anyway, i'm stoked with that, looking forward to the progress i'll be making on the bulgarian method in the coming weeks/months. My whole workout was that and pull, i did;

Squat - 1 x 150/157.5/162.5/165
Lat pulldown 2 x 20
Unilateral lat pulldown 4 x 12 + double dropset on last
V-bar pulldown 3 x 12-15 + dropset
Cable row 3 x 12-15 + triple dropset on last
BB curl 2 x 20
Rope hammer curl 2 x 15 + 4x dropset on last

Had a great pump going, even got a comment a while after i'd finished my workout asking if i did arms cause i looked pumped haha. Back felt awesome too, really hoping to bring my lats up a little more and get that real outline down the bottom when i lean down.

Another idea i was having, instead of running mass gh for an extra 4 weeks is bridging this into a trenadrol cycle, 20mg estra-4,9-diene (tren) and 12mg superdrol. Using the single cap as a bridge in the last 2 weeks of the trinity cycle then running another 3-4 weeks (gotta figure out doses a little more) and starting to diet. I really hadn't dieted down enough so i need to get back to that ASAP since i plan on running a pure test cycle earlyish next year but not before getting lean enough/priming for it.

Day 23
Another awesome day squat wise today, i think i'm going to start waiting until 1-2pm to do my workouts since the trend has been that waiting and getting in 2-3 meals beforehand has made for an awesome workout.

Worked up to;
Squat - 162.5kg x 1 / 150kg x 2 / 140kg x 3
Sumo deadlift (my primary stance) - 155kg x 1 / 140kg x 3 (not much deadlifting while running the bulgarian method due to how hard it is to recover from
Hack squat SS w/leg extension - 2 x 12/ x 15
Leg curl 2 x 15/20
Calf raise - 4 x 12
Farmers walk - 2 x 30m (approx)
Weighted sits ups SS w/russian twist 2 x 15/20 sec

All in all the whole workout felt great and i was able to keep working, lethargy has definitely diminished since getting over illness and i'm starting to feel great during most of my sessions. My back still feels a little off same as my shoulders and my chest is tight, so that's affecting my push/pull workouts somewhat. Although it's being worked on and hopefully won't inhibit the gains i can make too much.

Haven't updated for a few days! Been exhausted with work and training maximally the last few.

Day 24
Managed to hit 165kg squat again, easier than the first time, after a leg day! I'm ecstatic with this, well on the road to a 4 plate squat under 175lb bodyweight.

After the squat was a push day, decided to focus a little more on my benching and keep those numbers up with my squat to get to a damn well over-due 1000lb total. Worked up to 3 sets of 2 at 95kg then 2x3 at 90, some overhead work/close-grip benching then some pec flies etc.

Day 25
Decided not to squat on this day, feeling rather lethargic and over-worked, really looking forward to sunday, almost a full day of rest before a massive week.

Pull day - Back still playing up, kept the reps high to really pump up my lats without risking any further tweaks then smashed the biceps. Felt pretty good, i feel as though i'm still stimulating my lats effectively enough to elicit growth even though i'm rather limited with the weight i can push and the exercises i can do (heavy rows feel off etc).

Day 26
Worked up to 162.5kg for a daily max, felt really good, thankfully better than the 160kg i'd misgrooved right before it. Didn't have time to get anything else done, swamped with work and had some stuff to do.

Looking forward to resting all day tomorrow, got a massive week ahead.

I'm thinking upping the dose on my ostarine may have been a bad idea and contributing to the lethargy. Planning on taking 1 osta pill out (the extra one i added this week) and hoping it helps stop me feeling like i'm hauling ass. I can't afford to feel like that right now since i've been training 6-7 clients per day, and interacting a lot, as well as working out.. Feeling lethargic while trying to complete this and get on with life really gets in the way.

Yeah if you're real lethargic just lower dose and that should help. At least you're still able to push through the workouts pretty good. Great feedback so far. Keep up the good work

Cheers :) seems taking that extra 5mg ostarine out helped a lot!

Day 27
Didn't get a complete day of rest, had to wake up (wanted to stay asleep until i woke) when my family needed to move stuff out to be cleaned up etc. Other than that it was a proper rest day.

Day 28
Absolutely insane day, pretty much busy for 12 hours straight. Labored for four hours in the morning then straight to work, had time to fit in the chest portion of my workout doing;

Flat bench - worked up to 200lb for 3 sets of 4 then an amrap of 175 getting 8 pretty easily
Incline bench on smith machine (aggravates my shoulders less) - 3 x 12 + triple dropset on last
Peck deck SS w/dip - 4 x 12-20/x 12-15

Then had to do a few sessions (personal trainer) and had a bit of time to fit in shoulders and triceps and eat for 10 minutes, in which i did;

DB shoulder press 6 x 8-12 (relatively easy weight, shoulder press aggravates my shoulders a lot)
Lateral raise 5 x 20 + a dropset on the last set of both
Straight bar tricep pushdown 2 x 10-12
Overhead extension 3 x 12-15

Had to cut it relatively short since the intensity was suffering since i felt semi hypo after just taking my peptides right beforehand, basically the only time i had to fit in another shot before a feed.

All in all it went pretty well, felt like i looked great today and got another comment (while i was pumped). Shoulders are starting to blow up again (they do when i start bulking again, especially using higher doses of peptides and 3-5 shots per day). Keen to hit back tomorrow and see how it feels, got a 14 hour day tomorrow but it shouldn't be as bad since the sessions are spaced out a bit better and i'll have proper time to workout and organize my day.

All in all, feelin gewd.

Day 29
Another crazy day, work in the morning and work in the afternoon, had to split up my pull workout into back/biceps back lasting 30 mins biceps lasting 20, didn't have time other than that and didn't get time to eat. Got home around 8 and my dad was going to the gym so i went back to do the squat i didn't have time to do throughout the day. Worked up to 160kg then did a 165kg deadlift and called it a night, wen't home completed some work i had to do and went to bed.

Day 30
Woke up this morning at 7 for my first sessions at 8:30/9:30/10:00 then had a big break to catch up on everything i needed to do and get this log done in the last half hour of the break. Only did my daily max today, but.. I worked up and felt great and hit an all time 5kg PR of 170kg, really excited with that and hoping to get a 4 plate squat in the next couple months. After that did a back off double at 150kg which was about as hard as the 170kg (lol) then some calf raises and got back to work.

Grinding hard this week, looking forward to a sleep in and a good push session tomorrow.

Good stuff man. Never really got to lift with my Dad and now he has hip replacement and some health issues. Enjoy those moments!

Day 31
Great day for training today. Got plenty of calories in yesterday and a massive sleep in preparation for a big bench session today, i planned on something like a 6x4 + accessory work but it felt great so i worked up heavier and set some PR's! Two days in a row! So i did;

Squat - 160kg x 1 (squat felt super heavy so i called it and saved a bit for benching)
Bench - 90kg (200lb) x 6 - a massive PR for me, by 2 reps. Then 100kg (220lb) x 2 (matching the best i've ever doubled, a lot easier this time). Then either 92.5kg or 95kg x 4 (can't remember...) which were basically all 3 personal records. After that did 3x4 with 90kg which is also a volume PR, and they were easy. Followed up with all the accessory i had time for.
DB shoulder press - 5x6
Incline DB bench - 3 x 8-10
Tricep pushdown SS w/lateral raise - 4 x 12-15/x 20

I wanted to get more chest volume in and some close-grip work but didn't have the time.

Planning on moving back to an upper/lower split soon to focus on bringing my bench up, should be able to close that gap and hit a 1000lb total pretty easily within the next 2 or so months if all continues to go well.

So my new training plan will look like

Day 1 - Squat (proper max) Then upper body - Bench 5x2 - strength focused accessory work
Day 2- Squat (daily max + 3x2 back off sets + calves)
Day 3 - Squat (proper max) Then upper body - Bench 5x3 - mid ranged focus
Day 4 - Squat (daily max + 2x2 back off sets + calves)
Day 5 - Squat (proper max) Then upper body - Bench 5x4 - hypertrophy focus
Day 6 - Squat (daily max + 1x2 back off set + deadlift (daily max + 1x3 back off set) + calves)
Day 7 - rest

As you can see there's not a lot of rest there, but compared to what i'm doing it'll be a little more rest, and i've found daily squatting has been easily recoverable so far. Won't be adding the said back off sets until progress slows just by daily squatting, that way i'll be utilizing the minimum dose required to continue to make progress.

Got some pull work tomorrow, hoping my back feels decent so i can push it a bit, then some biceps.

Day 32-39
Been super busy all week especially with my girlfriend returning from overseas, nothing much has changed in this time. Standard week for training just trying to push myself working into this upper/lower split and focusing a bit more on my bench.

On a good note my bench is feeling stronger than it ever has and i'm really looking forward to hitting some serious PR's soon. Got some MASS GH on it's way and planning on running that with dermacrine for 4 weeks to total a 10 week cycle.

Although i've decided to get back on the recomp/diet grind and am going to maintain my weight or let it go slightly down once starting the MASS GH (LGD-4033/MK-677) and hopefully gain some strength and still hit some decent PR's. Going to rest a little from bulgarian method and do a little volume then jump back onto it once i start that.

So the plan will be an upper/lower split still lots of focus on the chest/delts and arms as well as my squat and bench primarily. I'll also be running cjc-1295 w/dac to bring a stronger synergistic effect with the MK-677, while that works well on body recomposition (+ diet) it'll allow the LGD to build some strength and size.

Another good factor - since i've started gaining weight i'm back up to around 75kg from 71kg, basically still have abs (not nearly as defined) and was never really too depleted at 71, this to me means i've hopefully added anywhere between 1-2kg actual muscle mass which is awesome. Definitely not as much as i was hoping for but gains nonetheless, after i finish this run i plan to diet down and start my test cycle kickstarted with superdrol earlyish next year.

Will report back when i have more to report/get time!

Nice that you're adding mass and strength on bench is going up. Look forward to the updated

How's your diet looking? You staying at maintenance? Or in surplus?
