Hello, I was running LGD 4033 (10 mg) and Ostarine (20mg) for 3 months and got off for 2 months (PCT 1 month included-Clomid 50 50 25 25).
I was repping 275 on bench during cycle and was benching 255 a month after my cycle was over. Then, my strength started to come back and I was repping 275 for bench around 6 weeks after my cycle was over. I didn't take any supplements except protein powder so any explanations? Same weight, same diet, same workout

Test was low during pct, strength dropped. Test came back to a healthy level and your strength came back. Only thing that makes sense to me.
 
I’ve always found it strange why everyone has to lose gains and strength after aas use. Once I move a certain weight a few times, enhanced or not, I likely am going to keep moving that weight and moving on to heavier weights. I do this whether on drugs or not. You learn techniques for breaking plateaus with strength gains and you find ways to move forward. Once the nervous system has achieved a lift, it should be able to get back to that if diet and test are sufficient. Anabolics or not
 
It could be psychological. Strength dipped after coming off cycle, but now you’ve broken the “mental barrier” to the new weights and they’re now easier.
 
Muscle memory is a real thing. And it’s not hard to get back to a lift or strength level once you’ve been there. Unless it’s just so beyond supraphysiological like a 495 bench. You’re not getting back there after you jump off gear. But if you hit 105lb dumbbells on the incline bench after a 12 week cycle, I see no reason why you aren’t moving 105lb dumbbells 8 weeks after post cycle ends...
