has anyone read this? its by Mauro G Di Pasquale. if you have i'd like your take on it and if it was helpful. i'm trying to do CKD, but haven't had much luck online, cos i'm 'one of those guys' that needs a detailed diet plan/schedule, and everything xplained to him, etc. what is that called - anal, obsessive? w/e. thanx.

yeh i was also looking into bodyopus, VERY xpensive tho, like 3 bills. didnt kno about UD2, can u tell me more? thanx
 
UD 2.0 is short for ultimate diet 2.0
its written by lyle McDonald and you can still find it posted online..
its the common mans body opus.
