so can these work together well also?
i'm starting up on AP again tomorrow...1 in the morning with oatmeal and the rest of my BF....2 hours later i'm lifting and then post-workout shake with 2 scoops whey and i think 3/4 cup of WMS some L-luecine and a little bit of corn starch
will AP work just as well with WMS i know its heavier than malto i just dont know if its a complex carb or not?
