Anabolic Pump Water Retention?

Hey how are you. Ok so I just started taking my AP since yesterday and today that I woke up I felt that I had a little less definition on my shoulders, abs and chest. Does anabolic pump cause water retention due to the glycogen loading to the muscles causing more water to be attracked to the muscles since carbs attract water on the first days?

Has it happeed to anyone that is taking AP, how long does it last??

I have to add also that after I ended my cutting phase 1.5 weeks ago, I let my diet a little to much lose and all the past week I didn't eat clean. I skipped the gym some days and ate pizza, fried food, cake (a lot) due to my birthday and other 2 I attended, so I also lost some muscle. But from yesterday I'm back on track.

Drink 1.5 gals of water/day + multivit in the morninng + 5g glutamine pre,post, before bed + BCAA pre, post wo.

Ok so my question is, is this diet okay for a lean mass building? I plan on adding recreate in 3 weeks or so. Is this diet ok for anabolic pump? Please critique as much as you want, willing to accept all comments in order to learn and build muscle.

Also, in reference to the first question, if AP has given you bloating, what to do?

not noticed any addtional water retention from using AP myself.... and i doubt that there would be that much noticeable water retention from one days use even if it did...
 
I agree that water retention should not be that noticeable after one day's use. Give it a bit more time. Does creatine bloat you / cause water retention? I would imagine that AP would have the same effect because for every gram of carb stored in muscles, 3-4 g of water are also stored and AP, as you know, super saturates muscles with carbs.
