Question.....chromium. would that effect AP at all? I take a pill of chromium before breakfast every morning. Also I was interested if AP would help/effect the absorption of waxy maize starch. And is it okay to take with alpha lipoic acid? (from the k-r-ala in my controlled labs white blood)

How many times a day do you dose white blood and how much ALA is in it?
 
its an unlisted amount on the bottle and it would probably be 3 caps, twice a day. Once either in the morning/30-60 mins before workout and one time 30-60 minutes before bed w/ zma. But the waxy maize is good to go?? Like i can take a dose of the AP post-WO and then waxy maize/green mag 15 minutes after? then 30 minutes after that I take my meal??

No reason to use K-r-ala unless for its antioxidant qualities. Either take AP or white blood. The WMS is good with AP. AP will mae WMS fly into the muscle like a speeding bullet. I would mix about 20grams of oatmeal in with the WMS.
 
Hmm..so just do away with White Blood completely while I'm on AP? Could I possibly just only take the dosage before bed or will that still interfere with AP?
 
Im just curious but the reason you can't take it at the same time is because the alpha lipoic acid reduces the effects or it enhances the effects of AP??
 
I have a question...what if one was plannin on drinking this wkend or new years, should u take AP before u start drinking? would this have any benefits? Just wondering, thank you.

Is this true? I always take some vitC and fish oil pre and post boozing.

I have read (but did not experience this personally) that AP can lower people's tolerance.

I guess I stated it in a poor way.
If a person is in any way unsure of the mechanisms of action/effects of a given supplement , then taking it in conjunction with alcohol is probably not the best idea.
Would AP have benefits, or drawbacks pre booze? Well, with no true real world results yet from a number of users in the same situation........ I personally will let someone else be the guinea pig ;-)
 
I have read a few customers citing an lack of tolerance to Alcohol while on AP as well. Physiologically it makes sense, given Alcohol's constitution (well beer at least), but I have never personally experienced it either.
