anabolic pump question

idk if this has been asked before, but in a search every anabolic pump thread comes up either way so i figured id post a new topic. my friend and i both started taking this recently, this being my 2nd time using it, and him his first. the question is regarding him though. he took his serving about 10 minutes after we finished working out, and about 3 minutes after that he started to get extremely light headed, with blurry vision and was seeing black blotches everywhere. after about 15 minutes he ate his post workout meal, consisting of about 60g of carbs and 40g of protein and it slowly started to wear off, and it lasted about another 15 minutes after he ate. is the the hypoglycemia some get with the product? and if so, is there something he should do to prevent this from happening?
 
Yes, and it probably depended on what his pre-WO carbohydrate consisted of. If he did not consume enough carbs at that point, that reaction is possible. Sufficient carbs are a big part of AP.
 
wow thats pretty crazy it hit him so fast...at least he knows it is working and can eat more carbs :)

and yea i have had those feelings before and most noticeably the first time i took P-slin and did not take in enough carbs. Eating some more once i felt like that helped to fix that.

i do not recommend it post wo unless you take it post workout with your post workout meal.

So hopefully this makes sense, Eat carbs before(15mins) or during the time you POP some AP

he had about 3-4 buckwheat pancakes as his carb source about 2 hours earlier with his first dose of anabolic pump.

I find that I'm fine if I take AP 15-20 minutes before my post workout meal directly after training (and thats even with AP and carbs being taken a good 3-3.5 hours before this.) So it seemingly would be on an individual basis dosing AP post workout.

Curious how much time was in between the pancakes and post workout meal (was it 2 hours or was that how long before you started training?) What type of training was done? Also any other supplements in the mix?
