Anabolic Pump question

I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. I want to take this but I don't wanna have to take a deuce during class. Is this going to make me all the sudden have to go to the restroom or what??

Also, Is it ok to take this and Gaspari's Novadex XT together or should I wait until I'm done with the Novadex XT?
 
Well, that just depends on your body. You would have to try and see how your body responds. As for fat lost Recreate is a great fat burning supplement from USP Labs and you should have no problems combining that with your current supplements. Anabolic Pump is non hormonal; it will boost natural test level just as Novadex XT would. You will have no problems.

hope this works...gonna try really hard to keep a clean diet with plenty of complex carbs

99% of the individuals that use AP do not see this issue. As long as you are in good digestive health and stay away from things like alcohol, there are no issues.

As a matter of fact, I recommend it. I remember reading about AI's diminishing GLUT4 translocation in muscle cells... Anabolic-Pump will overcome this!
 
One more question.

Lunch around 1-2pm
and dinner around 8:30-9pm

The reason I eat dinner that late is because I train anywhere from 6-9 4 nights a week. I heard its bad to eat carbs that late. So my question is, since anabolic pump works off of eating carbs, is it ok to eat 40-60 carbs this late?

It would be fine to eat carbs that late just as long as it isn't the last meal of the day. Specifically, you don't want to take AP before you go to bed, in my opinion.
 
Like dex said, I would not take anabolic-pump with my last meal. 2nd to last is fine. Sorry for my short answer, I'm on my phone.

hey guys, i dont' mean to hijack the thread but.... why's it bad to have Anabolic Pump with the last meal?... does it affect sleep?.. i don't see any stims in it.

I also have a similar problem where I crave carbs at night (around 8pm). My sleep time is 9:30pm.

How many carbs are you taking in with this particular meal?

I'm not sure it's the AP that's bad, or the carbs before bed that's bad. I've taken AP pre bed with a bowl of fiber-one and a cup of cottage cheese while cutting and it has not been detrimental. You may react differently though. I wouldn't eat chocolate chip cookies with it pre-bed, but I figure with the huge amount of fiber I use it with, I'm not doing any harm.

An AP carbodydrate/protein meal before bed on a bulking diet would probably yield amazing results while reducing the chances of increasing adipose tissue...

I've trained Bjj going on 7 years and write for Tap out Magazine.

Anabolic pump/PRIME is without a doudt the hands down choice to enhancing performance on the mat.

Recreate is also an amazing choice as it liberates fat for fuel which yields amazing energy during class.
