Hmmm...I'm planning on trying out Anabolic Pump and had a question regarding oil. Now I'm one who brackets workouts with complex carbs and fast protein (whey) and keeps the oil and slow protein (egg, casein) for later in the day or upon first awakening.
I'm assuming to keep this kind of routine up (keeping oil consumption low around Anabolic Pump dosing times) because perhaps it slows down digestion and we want to get the nutrients into the muscle as soon as possible.
But then I've read that it's also better to keep carbs complex with AP because if you go with simple starchy stuff you can go letharic. (Not a problem for me as I only use complex carbs anyway).
Any thoughts on this?
