I think I read that the "old" AP and "new" AP were the same, just that the new one had the added Symmetry in it.

I'm sure someone from USP will chime in and give the definitive answer...

I used to think it was the other way round. I thought it was the case that the Symmetry Complex was removed to create room for more tannins, making Anabolic Pump even more effective?

Correct, Symmetry was removed to make more room for both actives. While dosing anabolic pump, cortisol is not an issue. But if dieting, I would use Recreate for it's specific cortisol inhibiting properties..

So is this a rev. 3 of AP? I seem to recall the original AP had 500 mg of goodness, then v.2 had 500 mg of AP + 250 mg of Symmetry. Now v.3 has 750 mg of AP? Nice.....
