I'd like an answer to this as well, since I take Allegra every day. I've been taking AP for a couple months and haven't noticed any negative effects (haven't noticed any positive ones either but that's another issue altogether).
I seem to remember an identical question in the USPLabs forum, my answer is the same- I do not believe they would react negatively to each other but consult a medical doctor if it is a concern.
I took all USPLabs products while on my allergy meds (Singular/Zyrtec/2 Nasal Sprays) and had no problems. Not sure if your Dr. will even have a clue on how stuff will react so do some research first to get all the info that you can to your dr.
when I had a cold, I was using some OTC allergy medicine and cold medicine while I was using AP. did not seem to bother me a bit, did not notice anything out of the ordinary.
