Anabolic pump! 3 caps hurt my head, is 2 ok?

I get really bad headaches on 3 caps a day. No matter how much I eat to try and raise my blood suger it doesn't help. I seem ok on 2 caps a day. Do you think it will still be as effective at this dose?

1 cap is an effective dose so slowly work your way up and find the perfect number for your body.
