Been training for about 5 years now. Been strict with lifting and my diet for about 3 years. I believe with keeping everything proportional and athletically pleasing as far as muscles go. I work on bringing up weak parts so not one particular muscle group stands out, rather everything flows nicely.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 5 days a week(M, T, W, F, Sat; Thu/Sun off)
Monday is chest & abs(3-4 sets, 12-15 reps, 5 exercises per muscle group)
Tuesday is legs(3-4 sets, 12-15 reps, 5 exercises per muscle group)
Wednesday is Back & Traps(3-4 sets, 12-15 reps, 5 exercises per muscle group)
Friday is Bi's & Tri's & abs(3-4 sets, 12-15 reps, 5 exercises per muscle group)
Saturday is Delts(3-4 sets, 12-15 reps, 5 exercises per muscle group)

15minutes of Jump roping 5 days per week after workouts

7 meals a day
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, 2tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, 2 cups of spinach
Meal 2: 2 scoops of Whey Isolate, 2tbsp Natural P-butter, 2 cups of broccoli
Meal 3: Chicken breast(skinless), 2 cups green beans, 2 tbsp Natural P-butter
Meal 4: Chicken breast(skinless), 2 cups broccoli, 2 tbsp Natural P-butter
Meal 5: 2 scoops of Whey Isolate, 2tbsp Natural P-butter, 2 cups Green beans, 1/2 grapefruit
