Anabolic Minds Fantasy 2007!

I got fast willie last year as my second round pick (LJ with my first) and everyone laughed at me. Jokes on them, I won the league lol.

Is there anyone in here that didn't get in this league that still wants to play? I have a few people from AM that want to get a league together and we are starting another league.

I'll play in another if you need one more. I don't think I'm gonna get to play in my normal league this year since we get together and draft and I moved. So I'm looking for one more league.

Mace and Bohica, go to the sports section of AM and post in that thread. We have 4 so far, we need 8 more. ONLY dedicated people though who can be there for the draft and actually play. I can't stand idle lineups.

overall ill give myself a B-. i really wanted a blue chip WR but thats always hard to gauge who will have a killer season. im happy with who i have.

what round did Calvin go in? Also curious are those individual ratings and the league has one slot per position or averaged together?

Im pretty happy with my team. I think its pretty solid through running back and WR. My QBs have a lot of upside even though neither are bonafide #1 choices, and the rest of my team stacks up pretty well. Plus, I think two of my troublemaking WRs are both going to post 10+ TDs. Thanks TO and Randy Moss.

lake, i can't find it..........:frustrate
 
QB: Marc Bulger 8.5 (He was the best available after everyone made a run on QB's)
RB: Addai, Maroney 9 (I like these two. HUGE upsides but some risk)
WR: J.Walker, D.Branch, D.Jackson 7.5 (I basically got 3 who are fantasy #2's, lack the stud but together shouldnt be that bad)
TE: J.Witten 8 (Other than Gates, all TE's suck in fantasy football)
PK: Stover 9 (Solid kicker that i got late in the draft)
DF: Miami 8 (A lot of sites have them a top 5 defense but that offense worries me)

Overall: 8.5
I was pretty happy with Addai, Bulger, and Maroney as my first 3 picks. I have a solid team from start to finish with no big holes . The 7th overall pick was kinda boring cause the everyone else dictated what i needed to do.

Mace, I hope your ready to start 0-1 :D

RB - 9 Shaun Alexander, Ronnie Brown
WR - 8 Steve Smith, Donald Driver, Braylon Edwards
TE - 8 Vernon Davis
K - 7 John Kasay
D - 8 Jaguars

I'm nominated BD to provide the basket of supplements for the winner of the league. Since he was hooked up bye AN in there transform contest. Nah I'm not bitter at all lol :smite:

:lol: I might would think about hooking the league up with prizes if their's any left from my stash by the time the season is over with. From my estimation, I should be completely dry around Thanksgiving. But man I'm lov'n the IGF-2 + RPM pre/wo stack.

Anyway, I don't think it will really matter since I'm going to win the league.
 
On second thought, since we have a couple of board sponsors playing, if their willing to put a few supplements up for the winner, I'll set aside some of my winnings for a prize as well.

Cool, if other Board Reps show interest, I'll throw in some NeoVar for my part. My other stash will be well depleted by then, but I already had some NeoVar on hand before winning the contest so I haven't touched them yet.
 
If theres anyone that didnt make it into this league or would want to play in a second AM league ones been made. Right now Myself, PumpingIron, LakeMount, Bohica, and Pioneer are in. Wanting to get 10 people.

If you feel like you have the ability to play with some true fantasy ballers, I mean just have some fun then post up your email.

is the first round draft order random?
 
Draft order is completly random (made either the day before or 8 hours prior which is clutch if you want to try and do a predraft ranking.)

Also I just found that NFL requires to fill the complete 12 man roster or else the league is disolved automaticly. Ive never gone about 10 but with 12 people I like the idea of a challenge in late round draft picks.

Come on people, test your merit! PM your email to get in. Draft is set for next Tuesday because its the best time offered.

** O and just a side note, this year I didnt have enough time but I was thinking next year we could have a money league (either a 10 or 20$ buy in and either winner takes all or 1st and 2nd place takes money.) I absolutley hate when people quit on leagues (which I know isnt a problem here) but it really creates an intense and fun league. Just a thought for next year.
