My first routine I got from a power lifter who was 5’4” and looked like a fire hydrant. Handed to me on white lined paper on the loading dock of a Meat Market I use to work at in high school

Chest was

Flat bench
4x6
Dumbbell fly
4x8
Weighted dips
4x6

Good foundation builder. Not that I could do a weighted dip. Lol

The scary thing is Biden reminds me of NY grandpa about 6 months before he died. The way Biden walks is exactly like my grandpa did. God forbid if he gets reelected because my grandpa went completely senile and Biden's well on his way. If I cam see that you don't think other world leaders can see it as well?

oh undoubtedly. campaign season will be muy caliente this year. luckily the economy and inflation has been so bad maybe we'll see some of that unity they've been pitching for the past half decade.
