Anabolic Diet

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this diet and if it's any good for leaning out/cutting all while keeping my muscle mass. I'm not overweight by any means I'm at about 11-12% bf but I want to cut up real good and get those abs showing. I was wondering if this would be the right diet for my goals. Thanks guys
 
yes it will work.. I prefer body opus tho. anabolic diet has you eating too much saturated fats and junk food on the weekends. I recommend you use ample doses of mint infused fish oil during your low carb weekday.. I try to get around 9-10 grams of just fish oil a day.
 
I can't speak for the anabolic diet as I've never followed it, but I have done several variations of ketogenic diets and am a big advocate for them. Being at 12% bf, you could very easily hit the single digits by following it.
 
Preciate the responses guys. I think I'm gonna give the AD a go. First time carb cycling this hard so it's gonna be intense for sure ha

Anabolic diet is a great diet, I personally follow this kind of diet plan and its really effective. Builds my muscles, burns FAT and reduces extra mass from my body. It keeps me fit and healthy. I suggest you adopt this diet plan for your goals.

you will find it to be very easy once you do it a few times...I like that I could buy all my meals for the weekend on the way home from the gym and bathe in the glory of carbs seduction.
make sure you eat a ton of fish oil during the week
 
any were from 9-20 grams.. if you get iForces mint infused fish oils you wont be burping fish all the time. when im CKDing I like to take about 4 per meal
so I usually get 16-20 grams per day. if that's too much fish oil for you you could take half that amount and then replace the remainder with coconut or mct oil.
but then I use both MCTs and Fish oil.
 
Okay that sounds good. Question though, does the mint infused fish oil make you smell weird? Last time I was using fish oil my girl didnt like it cause she said it made me smell funny ha
 
Could you guys critique my diet as well? This is pretty much every low car day.

Meal 1: 4 eggs 4 slices of bacon 1 cup of spinach.

Meal 2: 15 pieces of pepperoni 1 oz of sharp cheddar

Meal 3: 6oz of 93/7 beef 1 cup of green beans

Meal 4: same as 3 but with 1oz of sharp cheddar

Meal 5: 2 scoops of whey

Meal 6: 8oz steak 2 cups of broccoli or spinach

Does this look good to you guys or should I add or remove some things?

That is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too much fish oil. There is a point of diminishing returns and possible negative effects bud
 
um dude not when your using it for keto dieting.. just what exactly did you think I was telling him to use it for? Fat calories are of the utmost importance.
oh and please don't tell me you believe that horse sh!t about it causing cancer??
 
For the fish oils, IMO 10gs is a good aiming point, I also agree with xRip on the importance of MCT oils during keto. Coconut oil is a great way of getting it in.

Your diet also looks on point. Best of luck!
