Since this is in the anabolic section, I though for sure the book was going to be on making exotic steroids in the bathtub.
 
Yes the diet is what will make your body ripped and muscular,I have experienced it on my own body,get the book too and see for yourself what it will guide you daily to take to be muscular and fit.
