Anabeta & Prime - A Tale of Two Anabolics

so what time of day do you break your fast? do you workout during your fast or after you break it. Im just trying to figure out dosing
I break the fast with my post-workout meal. Exact time depends on the day, but it's usually some time between 12 and 1.
 
I'd like to try the Lean gains method. How long is your window for consuming food? How many meals?
8 hours. Usually winds up being 12-8, and 3-4 big ol' meals.

I really like it. It's simple, easy to stick to, and I get to have rather large meals without exceeding my macros.
 
Most of the time my 6 Anabeta are dosed over 8 hours... 2 pre/2post and then 2 more with the next big meal..

front squat - 235 lbs, 15 total reps, sets of 2-4
overhead press - 95 lbs, 30 total reps, sets of 5-7
tons of vertical pulling, and a little vanity work (biceps/triceps)

workout:
bench press - 210 lbs, 15 total reps, sets of 2-3
snatch grip romanian deadlift - 195 lbs, 30 total reps, sets of 5
dead stop rack row - 135x8,7
dead stop 1 arm db row - 80x10

great workout. I logged this the day before yesterday, but for some reason it didn't show up.

overhead press - 90x3, 100x3, 115x7
front squat - 155x7, 185x7, 205x4, 135x8
chin ups and pulldowns

felt very fatigued today. thinking I'll take a couple days off to rest my cns. I'll do the final update after my next workout.

front squat - 215 lbs, 20 total reps, sets of 2-4
overhead press - 85 lbs, 35 total reps, sets of 5
neutral grip pullups - bw, 2 sets of 8
pulldowns - 115 lbs, 1 sets of 15
1 arm pulldown - 50 lbs, 1 set of 8 each arm

Great day overall. A good workout to end on. I'll be doing the final update sometime later this week. Looking forward to seeing some obvious changes. We'll see!

I actually just finished up. Was away from home (and my stockpile of food) for the weekend and am holding a little more water than I'd like. Gonna give that a couple days to clear out before I do the picture update.

Alright. Things have come to a close, and here are the results.

Starting stats:
156 lbs
11% body fat

Final stats:

160 lbs
12ish% body fat
+1 inch on biceps (only thing I measured. I hardly ever train biceps directly)

Not sure about increases in 1 rep maxes, as I haven't tested anything in quite awhile. I'm working with heavier weights, though, and am continuing to progress week-to-week.

Overall, I had a great experience with Prime and Anabeta. The most obvious and pronounced effects were psychological. Increased sense of well-being, a bit more aggression in the gym, and higher than normal motivation. It's hard to say how much either helped in terms of gains in lean mass, but I'd like to think that they both helped. I'd give both another try, for sure. Even if it were just for the psychological aspect, because it's vitally important in the long run.

MUCH difference in the pics! Seems to me to have been worth the effort. Heck, for about $100 worth of supplements you made huge gains. Nicely done!
