Has anyone used this I'm 18 don't want to take a ph idk if this is an ph or not has anyone have experience with this supplement. Please help!!!!
 
I have not taken it myself. There are plenty of threads and logs of Anabeta in the supplement forum. At your age I really don't think you need this stuff. Spend your money on food and lift heavy weights.

Enough with the crap sorry for posting in here lol jeez I just turned 18 and was wondering if it was a good supplement I'm pretty strong for my age and think I'm peaking I'm a senior 5'9 170 max bench 255 max squat 366 max deadlift 415 max and can shoulder press 185*6

Lol this is peaking? I'm the same height. At 166lbs. Max bench 300, max squat 500, max dead 400 (it is sucky).

I don't need to take cocaine to live, it just enhances life :D

Probably not I'm 18 and your over 18 I max bench 255 max squat 365 and max deadlift 415 and military press 185 for 6 so yeah and I weigh 165-170 depending on the day so yeah and I have no body fat

Lol what.. I just squated 425lb 2 times yesterday, I haven't deadlifts heavy for about two weeks. I think you have the wrong Abe.. There is a few here :)

Your first learning should be in english. Commas, spelling, periods, your vs you're etc. Then again, it sounds like you might be on your period so you might have that covered.

And no bf LOL. If that's truly the case then you have no muscle either as your pic has you smooth as a baby.

yeah I meant to say military press 185. If you don't believe me I will happily send you a video of me doing it and I was exaggerating about the body fat you idiots

Hey guys have to admit pretty good for no phs and just eating and drinking a lot of protein daily and being in high school
