Anabeta Elite

Alright, this is my first post forgive me for some dumb questions but I am being sincere and am asking for helpful insight. I walk around 155 on any given day and am pretty lean but I'm looking to throw on about 10 good pounds of muscle. Here are some stats about me.

Weight : 155
Height : 5'8

I workout about 5-6 times a week 4 of those days are mma training the other 2 are heavy lifting to balance things out and build some mass.

Bench : 205
Squat : 315

My question is what would be the best non pro hormone supplement to take if I'm looking to put on some mass?

I already take your standard creatine, whey protein, multi vitamin, and fish oil. And I have been slowing adding a pound here and there but I'm looking for something to really give me a huge boost. I have heard great things about Anabeta elite. It's just hard to gain with 4/6 workouts being such high intensity workouts.

My metabolism is pretty high in general too so I know eating a ton of food would help and I will begin doing that once I'm off my diet for my upcoming fight. Basically I'm just trying to figure out a good stack for after my fight and gain some size and strength.

Thanks!

For adding weight, AnaBeta Elite is solid.

What does your diet look like? You need adequate nutrition for any weight gain goal. Lay it out for us. :)

Slowly adding a pound here and there is a good thing. Running a supplement for 4-8 weeks is not magical and will not put all the weight you want on your frame. Like you said, you need to eat more. As far as a stack for after your fight, ABE would be great. If you want to run a stack, I would also throw in Alphamax and maybe ArA. If you have not ran any of those products solo, then I would choose one and run it by itself. I am a fan of stacking, but only when they are supplements I have ran before or if 1 of the 2 or 2 of the 3 I have currently ran. The problem with stacking supplements you have never ran before is you don't know what you respond to and what you don't.

Have you ever ran ABE, Alphamax, or ArA before? What non hormonal supps do you have experience with?

Thanks for all of the responses! Here is my diet as of right now.. Will change pretty drastically post fight, or at least increase in calories.

Right now in the am when I wake up I'm eating 3 eggs with yolk, half avocado and half of a grapefruit. During this time I'm taking a fish oil, multi vitamin, one cx5 creatine pill, 100mg vitamin c tablet, one smart caffeine pill 100mg caffeine with 200 mg l- Theanine and a tablespoon of Brain Octane Fuel mixed in with some oj. A nice boost for the am! This is usually around 8-830am.

Since I am on a reduced calorie diet right now I'll eat a kiwi or an apple in between meals depending on what I have on hand. Oh by the time I hit lunch in usually 64oz into water as well.

For lunch I'll usually cook up some kind of ground beef chicken or turkey. Depending on what I bought for the few days. I'll eat anywhere from 8-12 oz of that with either a bowl of steamed broccoli or asparagus. This is usually around 1-130 pm.

My next snack that I eat is right before I go workout. This where I get to eat some carbs because I will be obviously burning them off during the workout. I usually will eat a cliff bar with a half of a banana and that will get me through about any workout. On the days that I train I take 3 pils of and 2 pills of cx5(creatine) and two post.

After I'm done training around 9-915pm I go home and have a low car low calorie protein shake (20g and I'll usually mix in some almond milk and oatmeal grains). I'll usually add some kind of fruit to it to help refuel my body and glycogen stores because the workout are pretty strenuous. After I make the shake I usually have dinner already made and in a Tupperware for the night so this will be basically whatever I had for lunch plus some carbs.. Usually brown rice. By this time I am usually 1-1.5 gallons deep in water as well.

This is my basic nutritional layout for day to day. It seems to be working with losing body fat and gaining muscle. I have lost about 7.5 pounds originally 157-158 after a month down to 151.5. Going to fight at 145! Should be a nice easy water cut.

And I have no experience with supps past creatine.

Thanks for all of the responses.

I have no experience with anything past creatine. Lol that's why I am asking. Oh and btw I'm 23 almost 24.. Age shouldn't matter? But thank you for the informative response!

AnaBeta Elite would serve well in your situation, but just keep in mind even an 8 week run won't put 10lbs of lbm on in that time (it takes considerable time to gain that). Given your competition cut down I do think you'd regain and maybe put 10lbs on with your run, but a lot would be water, glycogen, etc. :)

When you do transition after your competition you should lay out your diet plan for gain so we can help if it needs any.

Yeah for sure! I know it won't be 10lbs of lbm. But I'm excited to regain it all back plus put on a little extra. I will for sure layout my diet plan after this fight and see what you guys think. Thanks for your input. :)
