Anabeta Elite/Erase Pro/DAA

I haven't not noticed much discomfort. There is an issue if I don't take my fish oil, I found this out a while back before ABE. But it was also very mild

It took about 8-10 days for increase recovery to set it, mind you I was coming off a 4 week cycle of EP/AB/DAA straight into this stack. I'd give it 10-12 days to fully kick in.
 
Excellent log man... I am going to be running Anabeta Elite/Erase Pro/Formula X or Intimidate in the near future.. just not sure which yet..

So will I! I'm doing 4 weeks with Intimidate and 4 with D-Pol. Formula-X during my cut
 
I'm glad I could be of service. I recommend running it 8 weeks. The added Forskolin and 5-Androsten-3B,7B-Diol-17-One made a very noticeable difference compared to the EP/AB/DAA I ran the first 4 weeks(total of 8) which I thought it was impossible to get better than before. Def. my Go-To and plan on running EP/ABE with Intimidate first then D-Pol in about 12 weeks.

This is nice to hear. A lot of people ask how AnaBeta Elite compares to AnaBeta. This is a great testimonial. :)

hey rome digging your log man you do a good job at logging this..
as far as post workout protein i usually stick to DYMATIZE elite whey isolate.. 10lbs for about 70$.. prob 80 after shipping, so decently affordable. i usually go through allstarhealth.com.. check it out man

Funny, I just ran out of that. I was taking it in the AM. I might go back to that, maybe Isoflex or I have always wanted to try IsoFast 50

I haven't quite decided. I'm Def taking a week off with a cleanse then jumping on the C20.

I never really have dabbled in a anything but bulking and cutting. So maintaining calories is going to be odd for me. I'm usually always trying to put mass on, since genetically I am a very small framed guy.

I'm gonna take my competition diet and times it by 1.7 and see if that works. I will adjust it from there. I always eat Lean and Clean so tons of rice, chicken, oats, and steak.

What about you?

I'll PM you the diet tmo.

But I run a one week cleanse for blood, liver, kidney, etc. Just a 7 day Complete Body Cleanse form ***. You'd be amazed the gunk that comes out lol.

And I'm going to only maybe do light training and start kicking up cardio for the week. just to give my body a break esp. the joints.

Well sad to say my log is over, but it was well worth it!

I out on some lean size everywhere except my stomach. I attribute that to an increase in total carbs a day, 400+.

I'm gonna miss the awesome pumps I got each workout. Also I hope my strength stays up since I'm prepping to cut.

Just started C20 today, decided not to break and just keep plugging. My joints are good and internals are working as fine as ever.

At the beginning of week 4 my acne cleared up so I would imagine an 8 week run would be sweet.

Bodyfat was 12% and now is almost 14% but again my carbs were crazy high and I was trying to pack on weight. Gained all together in 4 weeks 8.2lb so factor in a 2% of added fat on the abdomen.

I finally started to bring my chest up and hope the C20 will help continue this doing my recomp. I decided on my recomp to keep the same diet, but maybe drop the carbs to 350. So we can really see some results!

I will start a log after my workout tonight for C20.

Overall I give Anabeta Elite a 9/10. Worked well to put on some mass and get crazy pumps in the gym that lasted for hours, I just wish the acne wasn't as bad and when I didn't eat every 2 hours my mind started to get foggy and by hour 3 I was useless lol. I think its motivation to way more, which might not be a bad thing lol.

Also I think I started to learn how to control the appetite so maybe I can incorporate the bottle of OG Anabeta in my cut. I just need to control the thirst! I am going through 32oz of water at work every hour...8 hour shifts sucked lol.

No bloating which is a plus.

Any questions guys?

Scientifically people say no.

On a person a level I feel like it does help because I utilized more nutrients. I want someone to do new study and see if it does have that effect. I feel like it does.

I only upped my carbs on ABE and for the entire 8 weeks it made a huge difference.

Id like to see that too. I noticed better carb utilization with OG anabeta

I have one question for you, I have an "event" coming up and want to start Anabeta Elite after. The only problem I have is that the week after the event I'll go out of control with my diet (ice cream, candy and everything unhealthy) for that week, still training some though, and then after that week I'm back to my regular training and diet. Question is: Should I start Anabeta Elite the week I go out of control due to the increase in hunger and nutrition uptake from Anabeta or the week after when I'm back on my schedual?

AnaBeta is very forgiving in terms of what you consume. I put on weight and lost body fat despite having a higher carb, higher sugar and higher calorie diet.

If you are going out of control I would definitely use AnaBeta during that period for damage limitation. Especially if you are dieting heavily going into it and will be in a heightened state of insulin sensitivity.

I would start it the week you go out of control with everything, since it can be sort of "damage control" for those who go off the wagon.
 
Yes, I have the SNS caps! I used them before, first time with Anabeta and Erase Pro though! Excited!

Well here's an additional question.. If I have a tub of LITUP, which contains 3g daa, would i take intimidate only on days that i do not use the litup preworkout??

Not sure on mixing the two, i would imagine target tissues would still at least maintain peak saturation regardless of DAA or NMDA.
 
I loved the OG as well and the extra bucks for Elite IMO is worth it as well.

so you take 2 ABE before and 2 after training, when do you take erase and how much? do you do 2 weeks of just ABE then two weeks of both ABE and ERASE then 2 weeks of just ERASE? would love to know the best way to cycle this product
