I will post part 2, Late Night Shoulder Training, with him there from last night, just the two of us doing the same bodypart. Legit I felt like an animal. That kid is the reason I workout. He fueled my love for the iron and my desire to be bigger and stronger.My confidence is through the roof!

Its just bull**** how people are so.... stupid... Forget beating his ass, you're already obv more mature than him. When he sees that you're bigger, and stronger, hes just gonna get mad. The kid obviously has some issues deep down that are nagging him, and hes taking it out on you. He'll get what's coming to him.

yeah i wouldnt have fought the kid in the weight room but i swear i would have shoved him into the lockers as hard as i possibly could in the locker room. break that little ****ers ribs....

Haha I've always been unconfrontational I let the iron speak for me. But I feel ya bro, people like that have something deep down that messed them up so they take it out on others. When he did this I was only 115lb my sophomore and 135lb my junior year in high school. At 6ft I was a little twiggy ha

Shoulder Training.

Well if you read the update before this one you'd know my old high school bully just recently started coming to my gym and is trying to make me feel like the piece of sh*t I did then. Well the other night I went to the gym late, hoping to avoid people and just get in the zone. I like working out late because I can crash after and also when the lights are off in the weight room and you turn the lights on in the loft/cardio room, the light shines down and reflects off the white wall. It really just becomes a whole other world. Well instead of me being alone the bully was there again and he was doing shoulders as well, alone. So I got started right.

Behind the neck barbell press. 4 sets.
135lb x20, 185lb x12, 205lb x8(PR), then just because I wanted to make sure he knew I was going hard I asked him to spot me, 225lb x10(PR).

Verticle Front raises. 4 sets. Dumbell.Palms facing eachother.
35lb x20, 40lb x20, 45lb(PR) x18, 40lb x20.

Side Laterals. 4 sets. Dumbells.
20's x20(2 sets), 30's x 20, 40's x13(PR)(went until I broke form)

Cable side laterals/ sword draws with palms flat to the ground.
weight on 25lb for 3 sets of ten and 4th set until failure.

Bent over dumbell flys(rear delt)
25's x 25, 30's x 20, 35's x16, 30's x18. I was feeling good!

Upright barbell rows. 4 sets.
45lb x 30, 95lb x 15, 135lb x6(PR), 115lb x 10. Felt solid.

Barbell Shrugs. 4 sets
135lb x30, 225lb x 30, 295lb x19, 225lb x22. No straps tonight all forearm.

Reverse Smith-machine shrugs. Half way up the back.
115lb x30, 215lb x12(PR), 185lb x20, 115lb x26(failure).

The strength gains were amazing this day. Seriously nothing to complain about, except the acne is still here, but if I keep gaining like this I DON"T GIVE A F*CK! I have extremely sensitive skin btw so that's always a factor for me. The pump with taking 2 pills 30-60min prior to training is what I get excited for! I have a photoshoot tonight and I plan on taking two pre and just doing a full workout just to get that pump. Literally addicting! I look forward to it every day. My drive to lift has been crazy, I think about lifting, new ways to eat healthy, and read forums and magazines all day long. "I'm going pro" attitude all day long. I do get short tempered at times, but it is easy to control as long as I don;t have to keep repeating myself lol.

The bully started talking to me after my lift and said I got big and a lot stronger. I lughed and said thanks. The day before he was making fun of me in the gym with his buddy and when he's alone he was nice to me? I finally get it, he's jealous. I'm in college, I work full time at a gas station(just got hired on Saturday and start Monday!), I have a beautiful girlfriend that would do anything for me, I'm dedicated to the gym[ and have plenty of time to reach my goals. He had a kid shortly after he graduated, got a serious full time job, broke up with his baby momma, and is completely misserable, so I see online, and has nothing to look forward to, but his weekends with his duaghter. Now that I see the power shift, instead of treating him like he did me all those years ago I'm going to be the bigger man and continue to keep my mouth shut when I have nothing good to say and speak with the iron in the gym. Usually any testosterone booster makes me want to fight everyone in sight, whether I know them or not, but I feel calm and confident.

Excited to see how everything plays out these next couple of weeks! I'm at 193.2lb as of now. I want 198+ by then end of this stack! Let's get it!

I think at the heart of all our lifts is a person who put us there. When I was a 140lb 5'9" freshman in high school this one senior made my life a living hell or two years just to display his dominance. Everyone knew he was a jackass. Two years later I came back 195lbs 5'11" 8%BF. Needless to say I get my ass kissed every time he comes around. It's a good feeling to show up the people who ruined years of your life. I'm glad we can all share that

Well last night went...okay.

I had to get some photos done for a friend of mine who needed an "athlete in action" and procrastinated hahah

To ensure they got good shots I decdided to go light weight with higher reps, also this woould give my joints a break from canstant heavy pressure.

Started out with Chest.

2 sets of 50rep pushups to warm up.

Incline DB press. 4 sets.
50's x20(set 2), 65's x15, 70's x15. Not a bad start, missed my 90's though.

Flat U-barbell press(Chest Destroyer). 4 sets.
135lb x20, 155lb x18, 185lb x12, 225 x8(I couldn't resist going atleats a little heavy!)

Skipped decline bench for time purposes. Shame on me.

Dumbell Flys(touch the floor and back up)4 sets
20's x30(2 sets), 30's x20, 40's x10. Atleast they could get high rep shots and I could still go a little heavy.

Biceps...this is where things got bad ha

Started off with Incline Biceps curls.4 sets.
25's x20, 35's x15, 45's x12, 35's x10. Finally a good pump was comings.

Barbell curl. 4 sets.
bar by itself x30, and then one of the heavy photography lights falls and the bulbs shattered on the floor.

I was faced with an issure here. Should I help clean up or continue and not lose my pump? This was no easy solution, but me being me I decided to help my friend clean up and pack up. I had to carry the stuff out to the car and load it too. 40 minutes later I got back inside and drank half of my post-shake and decided to continue the lift.

3 more sets on Barbell Curls!
95lb x10, 105lb x8, 95lb x12. Pump was back instantly! ABE stilling working.

Standing Dumbell Curls. 5 sets(both arms combined)
35's x20, 45's x20, 55's x20, 70's x10(PR), 50's x16.

Finished it off with Dropsetted Rope Cable Curls. 4 sets. Went for 4 drops per set. Each started at
55lb->45lb->35lb->25lb->15lb. Did not keep track of reps because every set was to failure.

Def. left the gym a happy camper. got a little rough in the middle, but the determination to get it done was greater then my lazy attitude to call it a day. It felt great driving home and I could bearly shift my car, success! When I got home I took my Glyco-maize, 35g of WM, and showered up then has my post workout meal with 2 8oz Salmon, veggies and 2 cups of wholegrain rice with my Anabeta and a glass of Mio water.<--That stuff was the best idea Kraft ever had! I had enough energy to work on an essay for class for about 2 hours then it was time to crash. Drank my nighttime SAN Myotein shake and I was out. I did not get the quality of sleep I was used to due to the fact I wanted to start diminishing my use of the ZMA Maxx back down to one pill instead of 2. All in all it was not a bad day. I'm sore right now so that's a good sign! haha

Def. A huge boost in libido and energy. Strength has went up slightly too. Test boosting effects are really kicking in. I am starting to get irritated easily.

PES is good stuff. I'm about to run 5aOHP and M1D for 6 weeks, then pct and cut w/ the at2/oep/daa/anabeta (og) stack and triazole. Heard great things about at2, really looking forward to seeing it in action.

I feel like a lot of logs I'm reading on the stack are saying things like they feel great and all that which is good, but are you noticing any real physical changes? I'm a few days into my ABE and EP and just curious what I should be lookin forward to

Feeling is always number one for me, but physical changes? Heck yeah dude. Chest is puffing up, arms are big, round, and solid and I still have great definition and striations. When I do any type of two armed curl you can see almost every fiber in my rear delt and down to my triceps. I've gone up a couple pounds on the scale too.

Since it is still early in the run of the ABE I havent seen"crazy" physical results, but after week two I believe they will be starting to show big time.
 
Leg Day.

I was pulling up to the gym and I spotted an old friend from high school...she used to be a cheerleader and I had a little boy crush on her forever haha She was two years older though....and she was in spandex shorts(WIN! libido:D ) She said there was a creepy old guy and she felt uncomfortable and asked if she could workout by me and of course I said yes. And lucky for me it was her leg day as well...(How could it get any better) "Can I get a spot?" was all she asked of me for an hour and a half..awesome day for me haha. Have to impress the lady now don't I?

Legs.

Super-Deep Barbell Squat. 5 sets.
135lb x20, 225 x20, 315 x10, 425lb x8, 225lb x16(failure) Gotta look good haha

Decided instread of Good Mornings to do some Stiff-Legged DeadLifts. 4 sets.
135lb x20, 225lb x15, 315lb x10, 405lb x6. At this point in time I took off my baggy "Leg Day" T-shirt and had my Under Armour Black tank on.

Legs Press. 4 sets.
350lb x20,15,10,5. ten second rests. Nice and deep-like

Leg Extensions.4 sets.
90lb x20, 180lb x15, 225lb(2 sets) x10,8-During the last two since we do not have a belt on our leg press and you have to load it with plates instead of the more traditional machine&pin I asked her to stand on the back of the machine and put all her weight(115 lbs) on my shoulders to help keep me seated...so she actually climbed on my shoulders and sat on them...BEST LIFT EVER! I found motivation for a 4th set at this point! hahaha

Then I did my Super-setted Leg curls, 4 sets.
10 reps per leg(single) then super-setted with double legs for 20 at 35lb. Last set always to failure on double-leg and got 39.

Standing Calve press. 4 sets.
225lb x60(standard x20, next inverted x20, last toes facing out x20--that is 1 set.)

Seated Smith Machine Calve Press.4 sets
225lb x40-50...keep it simple and pumped!

PRs all over the board. Didn't write them down today, I was a little distracted from the journal;)

I went to work over two hours later and my legs still felt like jelly. So we know libido was there today. Strenth was def. there. My legs were so pumped by the end of it I had to wait 15 minutes on the couch until I was good to drive hahaha. What made me feel so good was her compliments. She kept going on about how strong I was compared to when she last saw me almost three years ago and then asked me to take the shirt off so she could see my "man muscles". Her jaw about dropped, she said it was a "night and day difference". At the gym today I felt like f*cking Zeus throwing lightning bolts! Everybody would have the best workout if evey girl gave a guy this treatment.

I was glad I brought sweatpants because my legs were not fitting in jeans, I wear skinny jeans 2 sizes too big to make them fit better, I guess it is time to start buying straight legs ha. When I got home I couldn't but help do some posing in the mirror and I was stunned to see how much more full my physique has become! I did an Abs and Quad pose(arms behind the head) and I didn't even know which part look better. My legs have always been bigger and stronger, but now my arms fit the picture and my lats are very noticable. Even my chest looked good (my worst bodypart) as it was clearly connected to my shoulders with that line following the collarbone.

weight before meal..195.2! I'm astonished to say the least. My goal of 200lb is coming closer, all lean by the way. I might as well go for 210!

My drive right now is insane, I want to compete so bad. The gas station I work at sells Supreme Bars so thats good, no junk food. Clean and Lean.

Late but caught up and in.. Running elite in may with isatest followed by erasepro in June.. Hoping for some placebo effect from u ;) Solid results so far!

Grab some mucuna and p-5-p. Your libido is probably suffering from a rise in prolactin from the DAA.
NRC makes a cheap mucuna Supp called Cabergolean and they offer us AM members 50% off I think. Can even be combined w their buy 3 get 1 deal.

Definitely prolactin or estrogen related.

I would grab some cheap Mucuna, it should clear the issue up for you.

Flex and Kevin are correct. I had a scoped out the prices online of macuna just incase I needed it. Try that and let us know if that works for ya man.
 
Okay this has nothing to do with the stack, but I;m soooo happy right now!!!

On my First Year Advisory Council for my college KSU and I begged the college to get protein bars for the Student Center/Food area for months now and today they just got a couple cases of Pure Protein bars! and only $1 Not the best in the land, but it beats chips. No more packing snacks for this guy.
 
Thing is, I've already been taking HGHpro (I forgot to mention it) and it's the same, maybe there isn't enough mucuna in it ?

I ran daa anabeta and erase and had a high libido, grab mucuna and p-5-p like mentioned.
