Anabeta+ArA is best natty stack?

May It means that 4 pills is too much?
With this doms I certainly can't train each body part 2x week
 
The entire time I was taking ArA, the pain from DOMS was insane. It was like I was working out again for the first time after a long lay off, every workout. No doubt this is probably the extreme end of the scale, not everyone experiences this level of pain. I spent about 12 weeks on ArA, and strength/lean mass gains were very apparent.

This was me on my first X-Factor cycle.
 
So here I am after 4 weeks of anabeta elite (4x day) and xfactor (4x in workout dsys).
Started at 171lbs and now 175.4 lbs, about same bodyfat % and increase of 200kcals.
On the paper seems great results!
Don't see much of strength gaining.. Maybe a bit more than usual for my legs workouts.

Tomorrow I'll start my second bottle of anabeta elite and still have some xfactor left.

Do you guys suggest a dose of 6 caps of anabeta elite instead of 4 per day? Is it any beneficial?


Ps: I just opened the second bottle of anabeta elite and the smell is so strong! I dont remember the same in the past one

No need to up dose of AnaBeta Elite. Stick with 4 caps.

BTW it's a bit weird.. Body Measurements I take are almost the same.. But weight went up a while..

I feel like muscle density and maturity causes this to happen, in my own personal experience. With AB and XF in the mix, I could definitely see you losing a bit of fat and getting the denser/harder muscle that is so commonly reported with ArA.
 
Well this is a pretty fast growing in density.. Even with just 2lbs...let's see if this second bottle helps for size too
 
Based on what I am reading on ArA for a person like myself with an auto immune disease that impacts my joints and currently taking Humira this would not be a good addition to my next (2nd) stack of ABE + Erase Pro starting in January?

Unfortunately there isnt much out there that is particularly similar to ArA.

ABE and Erase should make for a great stack.

was just checking for curiosity.. since I've been using xfactor+ara, in 5 weeks my weight went up 8lbs while my measurements almost didn't.. just a couple examples with arms +0.5cm, calves +0.5cm, thighs +0.8cm.. it's not a lot in 5 weeks

I ran Anabeta with Dermastrength and was surprised with the results of them stacked together. Ara would be a great combo too, but haven't tried it
 
I use ARA plus ABE on 8 week cycles and love it. Recomp and strength gains are pretty crazy. Have added Amentomax in my stack an love it!
 
I've been wanting to give Abe another chance but can't see myself spending $120 for two bottles. I ran it once and didn't really see anything.
 
Guys I don't know what to do please give me an advice..

I have 2 weeks left of ABE (my second bottle) but for 3 weeks my gym open and closes at crazy times or even don't open at all.. I could maybe do 3x fullbody..
I have a few options.

- Keep with ABE and bulking
- Keep with ABE and have a short cutting phase of 3 weeks to take off a bit of bloat and fat (don't even know if it's good for cutting or its a waste of product)
- Stop ABE, drop a few calories and after 3 weeks back on it
- Stop ABE, keep with the same calories and after 3 weeks back on it

Counting that I'm bulking from 16 weeks I could consider a short cutting. Just don't want to waste my ABE left.
 
ABE is going to help regardless of your choice here, if you keep bulking it will help keep up hunger and partitioning.
If you decide to cut it should help retain your strength and muscle mass, the Forskolin should also make the weight loss easier. The only issue is the increased appetite if you decide to cut.

If it were me I would keep training as much as is possible, even if that means getting in a few improvised sessions at home. I don't know what equipment you have if any but even doing some bodyweight circuits is effective and would be a change from your routine which you should do from time to time
 
So you suggest to keep going with ABE and have home bodyweight workouts (even if 2-3x week)?
Was asking because I still want to have 3weeks of cutting and I could take advantage of this holidays.. And if you say ABE could still help maybe it's the best choice.. Just don't want to waist the product.
 
Ideally you won't interrupt the run, so I would continue the ABE to get the most of it.

I would train however you are able, and if you have been bulking a shift to caloric deficit would have some good results for weight loss. Just keep protein high and keep running the ABE to hold muscle.

After the ABE is dine rake your break, run something else for 4-6 weeks before Anabeta again
 
Right now I'm on 3000kcal with about 180g of protein.
My idea is to drop at 2600 the first week then 2400 for the second and third. (maintaining the 180g of protein)

After that back on bulking at 2800.


Do you have any home workout to suggest? I'm not very knowledgeable about that.
Maybe I'll also do some HIIT.. I hate cardio but I can hold 15minutes
 
HIIT is never a bad idea, and that diet plan looks good.

What equipment do you have if any?
 
I would never drop below 1800 for any reason and I am lightweight.

You can do full body circuits with nothing but grabbing something as simple as a $25 door pull up bar is a sound investment.

Or a single kettlebell.

With pullups/chins and pushups you can hit most of your upper body. Lower body without equipment is tougher, standard and sumo squats while holding something heavy are good.

High volume will be needed but it is a good thing to switch up your routine a while and it may surprise you and actually stimulate growth.
