Anabeta a GDA?

Hi,

I am eating a "Biorythm Diet", mostly carbs and protein in my last meal, protein and fat earlier in the day.

I am using recompadrol or Burn24, 2 caps 30. minutes before I eat my last meal. Would adding Anabeta be a good thing? I was thinking about 2 caps of AnaBeta with 2 caps of either recompadrol or Burn24.

One last question, how many caps recompadrol or Burn24 should I take if the meal contains 100g protein + 200g carbs and about 10g of fat?
 
Definitely the full dose of GDA with that meal, 2 caps.

And absolutely Anabeta will help the growth happen where you want it to. As long as you will be ok with increased hunger that usually comes along with it

Burn 24 prior to your pro fat meals, recompadrol last meal

2 caps should cover 200 carbs no problem especially with that mix of protein and fat

That looks like my dinner as well but mine has slightly more carbs I do 3 caps.

I forgot to write that I take recompadrol or Burn24 before my last meal, not before mye protein/fat-meals. So I could and should use Burn24 before those meals, they contain about 50g protein, 0-10g carbs and 30-50g fat?

When I train in the morning I usually take a PWO, 2 scoops AminoIV + 20-40g pre and 20-40g intra of carbs (Chain'D Reaction or Glycofuse). I take 2 recompadrol after my workout and eat a protein/fat-meal 30 minutes after the recompadrol. Ok to do that?

No need for a GDA following a workout. Insulin sensitivity is already high. I would save the 2 Recompadrol for your meal following your protein.
 
I have had awesome results eating very similar to the Bio. Diet before. The answers above seem to have squared things up as far as the GDAs go.

You can play around with the AnaBeta dosing and either do the usual 2 pre workout and 2 with post workout meal, 2 pre workout and 2 with last meal of the day (biggest meal and this is how I usually did it), or 1 cap pre, 1 post, 1 with another meal, 1 with final meal.

No recompadrol after workout, if anything metabolic powder would be well suited there.
 
If I train before my last meal, no recompadrol or Burn24 then?

My Logic for taking recompadrol after a workout was to lower the bloodsugar before my protein+fat meal. I'm trying to lose fat.
